The large porch is great for sitting in the free standing porch swing or relaxing in the lounge chairs. Underneath the house is parking for three cars, a wet weather entrance and an area for entertaining or grilling out.
The large great room as you enter the house is perfect for large families. There is cable TV with a VCR player on one side and a game area on the other side of the room. The dining area has seating for six at the table and more at the bar area. The kitchen is fully equipped and is large enough to prepare food for just about any size dinner party.
The master bedroom is off of the living room and has a queen bed, Cable TV, plenty of storage and sliding door access to the front deck.
The master bath has a tub and shower combo that comes complete with a hand held massaging showerhead.
The second bedroom has two twin beds with wicker headboards and furniture, a sitting area and access to the front deck.
The third bedroom has a queen bed, a bench sitting area looking out over the side yard and access to a full bath shared with the second bedroom, perfect for families with small children.
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and is adjacent to a half bath.
The rear porch overlooks the back yard and is perfect for adults to enjoy the evening sunsets as the children play in the back yard at the end of another perfect day of “Island Time”.

Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
