Walk to everything Jaco has to offer: beach, restaurants, shops, supermarket, spas, nightlife. Or just relax and enjoy the view from its oceanfront balconies with seating and gas grill.
Our luxury vacation rental condo has a spacious open design kitchen and granite countertops and high chairs, ideal for entertaining. The great room includes a living area with comfortable sofas, a flatscreen 32 inch TV and stereo. Also in the great room is a beautiful glass top dining table for 6 people that is a conversation piece by itself.
All three bedrooms have independent bathrooms, all with tempered glass showers. The Master Bedroom boasts a King sized bed and private terrace with seating. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the third has a Full sized bed (Double).
You will enjoy 24 hour security and covered parking. Access to beach is a breeze through Hotel Cocal, which has a casino and restaurant.
Price quoted here is for 6 guests. Up to 2 additional guests may sleep on living room sofabed for US$25 per night per person plus tax.

Luckily, we ran into BEACHHOME while walking down the main drag. Gabriel was extremely helpful,, and put us up at a 3BR place in the VistaMar complex. The unit was extremely clean, well decorated, and had a great location. In addition to the property, Gabriel gave us some great tips for things to do in the area. I would definitely recommend this place as well as BEACHHOME. |

Rental Company is claiming damages that we did not do. Ken A. from Georgetown, SC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in November, 2011 They trying to say I am responsible for damages of prior renter. Close to $1,000 Look out. either they are slack on prior inspection or it is scam. Property Manager Response: Response from BEACHHOME Costa Rica Vacation Rentals We found one of the condo bedroom doors damaged by someone trying to force it open. The solid cedar wood door was not like that when Mr. Altman came into the condo and I walked him through it. The condo was in pristine condition. The damage is too obvious to have been missed by anyone. Mr. Altman never reported anything been wrong either. The door did not even close properly after this happened. We think it was probably either when Mr. Altman and his friend were too drunk (guards tell us they brought in cases of liquor and that frequented the bar) or that one of their several lady guests (more than 5, from day 1, all in the guard's records) that probably caused the damage without them even noticing. In any case, we stand by our decision. We are charging Mr. Altman $750 to replace the door and doorframe which were left irreparable. We have been in business for 6 years and do not need to scam anyone, we are just trying to defend the condo owner's property against dishonest people like Mr. Altman. |

Great place to stay Reviewed by: Michael G. recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in May, 2011 Condo was extremely clean on arrival. Furniture, sound system/electronics and general configuration of unit was great. Location/proximinity to town was perfect. Property manager Gabriel was extremely helpful. There was one minnow issue with the stove not working, but it was repaired quickly. There was one major issue with the water leaks during heavy rain. The floors of two ofmthe bedrooms were soaked, and luckily none of our bags were in the area. Obviously thismshould be repaired immediately (water damage evident on the walls), but it should also be mentioned to tenants to not place their belongings in those areas just in case. I would have been extremely upset if my bag (or worse, iPad or computer) were on the floor there and got wet. This was the only issue and I will definitely try to say there again next year.
