Some of the other units' hot tubs are right outside the front door, where everyone walking by can see you - which in our opinion defeats the purpose of a private hot tub! This one is quiet and secluded on the third floor. We had a lovely weekend, and although the initial cost is higher than a hotel room, we were able to make great meals at home with the full kitchen. Besides - whenever we were out, we really just wanted to get back home and into the hot tub again! It was a great, super-relaxing weekend. |

Stayed for 14 days in March, 2013 Glaciers Reach has a convenient location only a 10 minute walk to the lifts or you can use the free shuttle bus which stops right across the street. Unit 65 was very quiet with its balconies/hot tub overlooking the whistler racquet club. Check-in/Check-out were extremely easy, fully equipped kitchen, well maintained property. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The owner was easy to reach (not to mention very friendly) when we had issues with the combination lock at the main door. The best part I guess was how close it was to all amenities. Not to mention the private hot tub, which was a great way to relax after a long day in Whistler.Our only concern was the volume for the tv seems to be stuck at a certain number - we cranked it up to a hundred but it felt like it was stuck at around 10. But then again, you don't stay in whistler just to watch TV right?Both me and my wife agree that we will definitely come back here the next time we decide to go to Whistler. Cheers!! |

Comfortable for the most part but I wouldn't recommend this property for more then two people, we had 4 (2 children and 2 adults). The pull out couch was not comfortable and having no sliding door screen allowed a lot of mosquitos in. The upstairs had air conditioning and a sliding screen door and was very comfortable. The pool was oooh soo cold and small but refreshing on a super hot day. |

The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The hot tub was great for relaxing too. The location was excellent, we parked out car in the secure parkade and didn't use it for the duration of our stay. Glaciers Reach is close to restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. We booked our stay 1 week before we planned on coming and Trevor was so quick and easy to deal with. He responded to my email inquiry within 2 hours of me sending the request. We can't wait to come back and stay again, we will definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family. |

The condo was a bit on the older side, but well kept up. There were two balconies, and the hot tub was on the second floor balcony and had a nice view. It was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, but that's to be expected anywhere in Whistler on a long weekend. We would stay here again for sure. |

The location is great, the condo was spotless and the hot tub/decks with mountain views were awesome. This condo was perfect for our family. There is a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. We could easily walk to all amenities (groceries, coffee shops, liquor store, bank...)Trevor provided a detailed guest binder that had tons of valuable info. Traveling with two younger children (8 and 5) we appreciated his info on children's activities, etc. Having a full kitchen was also great because it allowed us to save on restaurant meals (Whistler can be expensive!). Everyone loved the hot tub and enjoying breakfasts on the deck looking at the mountains was priceless.Suggestions: - a later check-out would be nice :) - the condo felt a bit warm (dials were at 0 so we aren't sure why...)- oven mitts would be useful too Really nothing to complain about. We will definitely rent from this owner again and have already recommended the condo to friends. Great value! Thanks! |

Stayed for 2 days in June, 2011 Really like the location of the property and amenities available, would NOT recommend unit #65 to family/friends, the living room couch was incredibly uncomfortable to sit and sleep on (we sat on the floor/dining room chairs), the hot tub had way too many chemicals in it (our skin was itchy/burning after a quick dip) and it also made a huge bang when we tried to turn the jets on, the toilet wasnt very clean and doesnt flush properly (TP kept coming back into the bowl). Would stay at Glaciers Reach again just not this unit! Property Manager Response: Response from Whistler Vacations When I read this guest comment I went into #65 with my tools to do some work. I have replaced the mechanism for the pull out couch as it was bent and not usable. It is much better now. |

The side racks in the fridge door had broken railings so we could not store food in the door of the fridge. Other than that, this was a good place to stay at, reasonably priced, while it was a relatively far (15 minute) walk from the ski lifts, there was a free shuttle that left from a nearby intersection which took you straight to the lifts. I would consider staying here again for my next whistler ski trip. |

Stayed for 14 days in February, 2010 Great find for Olympic weeks stay for watching the alpine events and gettiing to ski some powder ourselves. Convenient to the Village but quieter in evenings than hotels nearer the lifts. We walked to the lifts or took the #6 bus. Owner was very helpful and bought us discount day passes from Squamish 7-11. Good WiFi, good hot tub. |

Our only suggestion, and it's a very small one, would be to consider adding a set of tupperware to the items in the kitchen... although we had everything we needed to cook, there wasn't really anything to put the food in after to keep it in the fridge.We had a fabulous time and will definitely remember your place next time we head up to Whistler! |

Stayed for 5 days in August, 2009 The location of the property was good in that it was a short walk to the whistler villiage. The view out the back although somewhat obscured by the trees was good and the hot tub was in a good spot. As far as the condition and the amentities there were a few improvements that could have been made. The carpets were well worn and looked like they were dirty although probably not as dirty as they looked. The upstairs bathroom had an exhaust fan that was extremely noisy to the point that you could hear it downstairs. The water pressure was low and combined with the leaky showerhead it was not a good shower. There were a couple of other aestecic items in the shower that could have been attended to. The ceiling was leaking wne we came with a bowl in the middle of the living room which did not give us a felling of qulity although the leak did not continue after we came in. The furnishings and the TV could use some upgrading especially if you want to maximize your return for the Olympics. Overall the place was satisfactory but I belive if I rented again I would go for more updated accomodations. |

Last time we got the 2 bdrm with hot tub and room was great. Private bdrms and bath. This time we got the 1 bdrm and hot tub sharing with another couple (pull out couch downstairs), only downside was one bath and hot tub was on deck upstairs off the bdrm- not much privacy. Traveling with more than one 2 people- opt for the 2 bdrm. |

It was so clean and comfortable, the views from our balcony were fantastic. We were able to walk to anywhere from the location and we did do a lot of hiking. Trevor the owner was very helpful when we had questions and I recommend to anyone to read through the binder that is for use of the townhome and activities. We did have some trouble with the coded lock, but instead kept the key with us at all times. I recommend Whistler Vacations to anyone, excellent service and very clean townhomes. A very eco friendly place! The condo was VERY WELL equiped with everything we needed in terms of cooking, cleaning and relaxation with it's jacuzzi upstairs. I would recommend this property to ANYONE looking to get away from the big lights and the city for a spot in the middle of the forrest. |

There are two main shopping areas only a few minutes walk away. There is banking, fine dining or McDonalds if you prefer, all the clothing you could want just right there. You can go skiing in the morning and play a round of golf in the afternoon. The mountain views are spectacular. The accomodations were great, there were two of us and there was plenty of room. The only thing I would suggest is if you are going golfing make your "T" off time your self, you can save some money especially if you go in the spring, late May early June. |

Stayed for 7 days in March, 2009 Overall the condo at Glacier's reach was ideal, based on price, location and ammenities offered. However, I have one comment: the TV appears to be going out as well as the xbox. When I tried to watch a dvd, the tv would display a black box over 85% of the viewable screen. At first I thought it was the dvd player so I used the xbox (which didn't work either - It brought up error messages). Our friends rented Room #43b and brought over their dvd player but the black box still appeared. The only way to resolve this was to keep hitting menu when it appeared. On another note, it would be convenient if the stereo had a connection for a ipod. |

The stairs were brutal after a long hard day of skiing but everything else was perfect. |
