Last night's of our vacation
Dino V. from north fambridge, a recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2016 Ended up in whistler for the last couple of nights at the end of our rockies road trip and we were pleasantly surprised at not only the great location but at the facilities on offer in the home too. We enjoyed the unoverlooked and private hot tub as well as the jacuzzi bathroom, very welcome after a long day hiking etc. Would recommend very much.
Ray C. from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2016 Very pleased with our stay. Best location to the village without being right in with the crowds. The only cons were that the bed was uncomfortable and the gas was off so it got a bit chilly in the downstairs area because the fireplace wasn't working. Place was very clean and we would stay again in the future.
A guest from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2016 when we booking,No one sent the room number and password to when we arrived,we are confused. Then we called Trevor,he helped us solved all problem. We enjoyed a pleasure vocation.
Stephanie L. from Burnaby, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2016 I went to Whistler for some much needed R&R. As a busy mom and business owner, I like to get away by myself a few times a year to catch up on personal projects, plan the next quarter for my business, and most of all RELAX for a few days! Trevor's properties always fit the bill whether it's a solo retreat for me, or a long-weekend getaway for me and my family. I couldn't be happier that I've found Glaciers Reach. It's in the perfect location and is always perfect for me/us.
Khadija G. from surrey, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2016 My husband and I were looking for somewhere to vacation that wasn't too far away and that had a private hot tub. We stumbled upon this place and we booked it right away. The owner was very informative and replied promptly to my emails. My husband and I were blown away as soon as we arrived. The place was so clean and we quite loved the lay out. The only thing we found disappointing was that hot tub use is not permitted after 11pm, however we were made aware of this fact from the very beginning and I'm sure it has something to do with keeping noise levels down for the neighbors. In a nutshell, we can't wait to plan our next stay and we encourage others to book their next trip here.
Donna J. from a, recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2016 It was my first time in Whistler. My rental was awesome. It was very clean and quite and close to the village. The hot tub was relaxing with moutain view. I wanted to Thank Trevor for the help with my arrival.
Vicky M. from glen isles, a recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2016 Everything was perfect, bed was extremely comfortable and the hot tub worked magic after a long day on the slopes!Location is excellent, the free shuttle stops outside, the supermarket is across the road and the center is 5min walk!
A guest from royal oak, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2016 This lodge is fantastic for a winter whistler getaway. Only a short walk to the village, which a tad further takes you to the mountain base, everything is at your fingertips. The hot tub is a great addition, especially being very private on the upstairs back patio. This could not have been a better place to stay for my vacation!
Hayley J. from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2015 It was a beautiful condo. Very clean and spacious. The fire was fantastic and the very private hot tub on the outside deck was amazing! Great location. Walking distance, or shuttle ride to everything. Highly recommended!!
Lucas J. from Ningi, Queensland recommends this property. Stayed for 10 days in December, 2015 Absolutely perfect. Can't recommend Trevor and his vacation service enough. If any issue arose, no matter how small, he was there day or night to resolve it. Not that anything went wrong. Best service and accomodation that I have ever come across.
Miles K. from Langley, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2015 As usual the unit was super clean. We've stayed at Glaciers Reach quite a few times over the years and have always been more than satisfied with the units we have been in.
Deborah H. from Coquitlam, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in November, 2015 WE WILL RENT HERE AGAIN. What a great location. Just a walk from the village. Soooo quiet. Everything was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, nice soft sheets and toasty duvet. Lots of towels and faceclothes in the bathroom. And a great kitchenette. We couldn't have asked for more. We enjoyed the quiet time (shoulder season) went for a walk every day, had afternoon Bevie in pubs that were almost empty, and fantastic dinners. This has been soooo very enjoyable. JUST WHAT WE NEEDED??
Gord K. from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2015 The location and property were the best. Place was clean, maid checked on us every day to ask if we needed anything, the parking was safe and great, the personal hot tub and laundry facilities were a bonus. Only glitch was that we couldn't get Wifi in our room, but we picked up Wifi from another room! No complaints and would stay there in a heart beat again!
Scott K. from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2015 Really enjoyed the visit and the very easy access to Whistler Village. Parking spot was included and essentially kept the car parked for the duration of the visit unless making day trips away from the village.Very clean and quiet with a perfect kitchen for picking up groceries across the street and making Breakfast - Dinner.I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay close to Whistler.
Vivian M. from a, recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in October, 2015 Easily booked, very helpful management. Perfect location, good quality furniture and well maintained. All for a great price.
great stay , however the neighbor #66 fought all evening
A guest from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2015 we really enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable and loved the kitchen. However, our first night was like in a movie.....the neighbor #66 the couple fought all night, yelling, swearing, screaming, bagging on the walls etc.... they fought for at least 4 hours long (8pm to 12 midnight). That was really disturbing to me, I thought at one point they were going to bust through the wall upstairs that is how much bagging and screaming each other names was going on. Very upsetting. They left the following so the rest of the stay was good. We did not know where or whom to call about all the commotion. Sad must I say!
A guest from San Clemente, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in September, 2015 Our stay at Glacier Reach was so nice! The unit was so clean and comfortable and the kitchen equipped with everything we needed. It was so nice to have a hot tub right at our unit especially after a long day of hiking those beautiful mountain! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Whistler.
Ed B. from Kirkland, Washington recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2015 Overall nice and clean, the bathroom could have been cleaned, I have a large truck couldn't fit in garage, parked on street never ticketed or towed. Uncomfortable mattress, all the amenities you would need we're there. Overall pleasant stay easy walk to village close to grocery store.
A guest from North Vancouver, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2015 This is the perfect little place for a couple getting away for the weekend, or as a homebase for people who are out hiking or exploring and need a comfy bed at the end of a long day. We were there during the smokiest days in history and had to stay in most of our first day and we hooked up our laptop with the HDMI and watched movies. The grounds are well kept, and everything was clean & working. Lots of kids in the pool, so a good place to bring the family. Trev & co. provide excellent customer service.
Patricia B. from zolfingen, 1 recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2015 Wir hatten eine kleine Wohnung mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, inkl. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Tumbler.Super Lage direkt beim Dorf.
Suzanne B. from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in May, 2015 It was an excellent location to enjoy our stay in Whistler. We were close to the hockey rink as well as the village. It did get quite warm in the unit.
A guest from b, c recommends this property. Stayed for 11 days in February, 2015 A nice, big and clean apartment with lots of space for 2 people. All we ever needed and the kitchen fully equipped. The hot tub is placed facing trees compared to other apartments where the hot tub is facing the road. We had a bit of a noise problem from the next door apartments, since there is shared extraction. But that was taken care of.But make no mistakes; there is a lot of young people in Whistler just to party!Glaciers Reach is placed just across the Market Place/ center of Whistler. 10 min. walk to lifts which doesn't matter at all, since it is a nice stroll through Whistler with nice shops and cafe`s. The free shuttle to the lifts isn't worth waiting for! Especially if you are going to Blackomb mountain. It is just as easy to take a walk...
Ryan R. from Valrico, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2015 I stayed here with my wife for her 30th birthday and we were extremely impressed. The location is amazing, just a short walk to the lifts. Trevor was very helpful. The condo was very comfortable and there was a grocery store within walking distance so we made use of the kitchen. The hot tub was a must after hitting the slopes and the mountain views were incredible. We wish we were still there.
Karen C. from Vancouver, British Columbia recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2015 We go to Whistler often throughout the year and have stayed in numerous places in Whistler Village, Upper Village, and Creekside. It was a treat to have our own personal hot tub, with the option to still mingle with the other guests in the shared pool/hot tub area. My 7yo daughter said it was best placed we've ever stayed!
A guest from Squamish, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2014 This rental was superb. Great location with lovely views from the hot tub. The unit was larger than expected, very comfortable and offered a lot of privacy. Would recommend to friend and we are planning to return to the same unit in the future.
A guest from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2014 It was great. Great location. We never had a problem finding our suite. I loved that there was a grocery store just a few minutes away. I loved that everything was within walking distance. We were able to leave our vehicle parked for the weekend. I would definitely book with this company again. I appreciate the fact that you have the option to borrow a crib, high chair, or booster seat. Also if you love to bbq you have the option to have a suite with a bbq.
A guest from Mount shasta, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2014 The properrty was clean, comfortable & as-advertised. Centrally located within walking distance to lifts of Whistler/Blackcomb. Would repeat this in a heartbeat!
Cozy, nice rooms in a convenient location. Great summer vacation
Scott P. from Bellingham, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2014 We enjoy staying at Glacier's Reach each summer. Nice private rooms in a convenient spot, with a very friendly staff if you happen to run in to them. Highly recommended!
A guest from Maple Ridge, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2014 Glaciers Reach made everything easy from start to finish. We found a great deal online and were extremely impressed with the location and private setting of our unit. This location had mountain views, trails leading in every direction from the front door. It is steps away from Whistler village with all the cafes, shops, restaurants and nightlife one would want. We were able to wake up early for activities in Whistler then have lunch in the village and a nice soak in the hot tub in the evening with a glass of wine. Glaciers Reach is the perfect getaway! Thanks to the staff as well, they could not have been more helpful.
Laura L. from Maple Ridge, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2014 When we got there it was a little tricky to find but when we found it we were more than happy! The units are very close together but this unit was secluded which we were hoping for! It seems the other units are out in the open but this particular unit was perect! We loved our stay there and were surpised that we didnt hear either of our neighbours at all unless right near the front door! (For it being may long it was expected it might be loud lol but it wasnt!!) Everything was clean and well maintained and the service was amazing, everyone was so professional! We would deffinately rent this unit again (Hopefully once a month!!)
A guest from Karratha, k recommends this property. Stayed for 13 days in April, 2014 65 Glaciers Reach was an excellent apartment to rent while in Whistler. We would certainly stay again. It was in a great location and the hot tub was a great extra. AAA++++
David M. from Inverness, Scotland recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in February, 2014 Tremendous holiday! This is my 5th year staying in glaciers reach and ever time has been as good as the others!
Denis H. from Dorval, QC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2014 Always a pleasure to come back to Glaciers Reach. Much more room than an hotel room. Enjoyed the private hot-tub on the balcony. Across the street from the market place and the village stroll. Will be back!
A guest from West Nipissing, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in February, 2014 Glaciers Reach turned out to be better than we expected. From the very word go we were well informed of the procedures, the amenities, close proximety to grocery stores, restaurants, short ( free)shuttle to the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas or a 10 mins walk. Trevor was astute on all counts with regard to communications and access to the unit we rented. If there was anything that need to be looked after he could easily be reached. The unit was meticulous as Sarah , who we met, made sure that cleaniless was evident. She not only cleaned all couunters etc.. but dusted everything that needed to be dusted. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub located off the bedroom on the second floor deck and very private. We used it every day once we got off the slopes. It was clean and the water heat was constant. All of the appliances worked well and we had 15 days to try them all.The outside buildings were well maintained and all of the walkways were cleared quickly of snow.Storage for our skis would have been appreciated and a waiting area if a shuttle was not available until early afternoon. We were accommodated but a temporary sitting area and storage area while waiting for tranportation would go a long way.... again we would recommend this company and its units ... well worth the investment. Thanks again to Trevor and Sarah for making our stay so enjoyable
A guest from Asa Norte, DF recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in January, 2014 The apartment is very well kept and extremely clean. Everything was better than expected and because it is close to the market, you can always buy stuff there and make your own breakfast. The hot tub was great after a long day of snowboarding... I will stay here again next year.
Robert M. from Vancouver, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2014 Excellent home. The hot tub was almost overflowing when we arrived but that was the biggest set back of the weekend, perfect!
A guest from Claremont, NH recommends this property. Stayed for 9 days in September, 2013 Perfect location for us! We were able to walk and bike everywhere. Condo could use some updating, like a new modern TV! Kitchen was well equipped, we ate most of our meals at there.
A guest from Port Moody, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2013 We enjoyed our stay at this rental property. The hot tub was great with scenic views of the mountains. The townhouse was clean and the kitchen was new and well stocked. The location is good for visiting Whistler Village and enjoying the hiking trails.
Scott P. from Bellingham, Washington recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2013 Glacier's Reach is awesome. Perfect location for either strolling the village, or heading off towards the lake. Also right near a grocery store for convenience. This condos were a great find, and a fantastic deal.
Sherry B. from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2013 I have always stayed at Trevors rental places as Glaciers Reach. They are always clean and they are close to the village and shopping. The hot tub is always clean and a delightful addition. Trevor is always available if there is any problem to deal with. Will be going back definately
Elda P. from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2013 The private hot tub is definitely what makes this condo so awesome. Some of the other units' hot tubs are right outside the front door, where everyone walking by can see you - which in our opinion defeats the purpose of a private hot tub! This one is quiet and secluded on the third floor. We had a lovely weekend, and although the initial cost is higher than a hotel room, we were able to make great meals at home with the full kitchen. Besides - whenever we were out, we really just wanted to get back home and into the hot tub again! It was a great, super-relaxing weekend.
A guest from nanaimo, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in March, 2013 Glaciers Reach has a convenient location only a 10 minute walk to the lifts or you can use the free shuttle bus which stops right across the street. Unit 65 was very quiet with its balconies/hot tub overlooking the whistler racquet club. Check-in/Check-out were extremely easy, fully equipped kitchen, well maintained property. Will definetly stay again.
Chris C. from Iver, Buckinghamshire recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in February, 2013 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , and must say that for a one bed appartment the accomodation was exceptional . Living on the first floor and bed/bath and hot tub on the top floor. We liked it so much we have booked it again for this summer. The only downside was the broken hot tub lid whioh was fixed during our stay. Well Done and thanks regards Karen and Chris
A guest from Anmore, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2012 Pretty amazed - the unit was well maintained and very clean. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. The owner was easy to reach (not to mention very friendly) when we had issues with the combination lock at the main door. The best part I guess was how close it was to all amenities. Not to mention the private hot tub, which was a great way to relax after a long day in Whistler. Our only concern was the volume for the tv seems to be stuck at a certain number - we cranked it up to a hundred but it felt like it was stuck at around 10. But then again, you don't stay in whistler just to watch TV right? Both me and my wife agree that we will definitely come back here the next time we decide to go to Whistler. Cheers!!
Matt B. from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2012 great place. the hottub motor was burnt out the night we arrived, but after we reported it, it was fixed the very next day.
A guest from Quesnel, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2012 The rental unit was absolutely fantastic!! My wife and I couldn't have been happier. We will be going back and would love the same room for sure!!
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in August, 2012 Very well kept condo on the quiet side of the building. The layout is perfect for a couple, but I would not reccomend it for any more than that, as it may get a bit tight. Very enjoyable.
A guest from Bellingham, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in August, 2012 Great location, close to trails, the village, bus stops. Comfortable for the most part but I wouldn't recommend this property for more then two people, we had 4 (2 children and 2 adults). The pull out couch was not comfortable and having no sliding door screen allowed a lot of mosquitos in. The upstairs had air conditioning and a sliding screen door and was very comfortable. The pool was oooh soo cold and small but refreshing on a super hot day.
Shelby C. from Maple ridge, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2012 We had a wonderful stay in Unit #65. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The hot tub was great for relaxing too. The location was excellent, we parked out car in the secure parkade and didn't use it for the duration of our stay. Glaciers Reach is close to restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. We booked our stay 1 week before we planned on coming and Trevor was so quick and easy to deal with. He responded to my email inquiry within 2 hours of me sending the request. We can't wait to come back and stay again, we will definitely recommend this unit to our friends and family.
A guest from Delta, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2012 My boyfriend and I loved this suite - it was more like a 1 bedroom condo and had more than enough space for us and all our gear. Great price for a great location. The condo was a bit on the older side, but well kept up. There were two balconies, and the hot tub was on the second floor balcony and had a nice view. It was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, but that's to be expected anywhere in Whistler on a long weekend. We would stay here again for sure.
A guest from Kula, HI recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2012 Location and property were great, right across the street from the Village. The private hot tub was perfect. The bed was a little firm and there were two lightbulbs out, but otherwise we had no complaints. We'll definitely stay here again.
Alison S. from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in January, 2012 We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hot tub was such a treat! Great location, condo was very comfortable. We'd definitely use this place again!
A guest from Sunrise, FL recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 The overall customer experience was excellent, from the moment we made the reservation to the time we checked out. The property manager always replied promptly to our communications and accommodated our requests for early check in and late check out. The location is ideal for people like us who do like different activities while in Whistler. The hot tub location is perfect for privacy. Great experience
Jessica D. from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2011 My husband and I went to whistler to get away for a couple days and found this great condo to rent. It was very affordable, clean, and had everything we were looking for and more. It was very clean and great location! We will be staying here again.
A guest from Port Moody, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in October, 2011 This condo is a great place to stay in Whistler. Location is ideal. Condo is very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The hot tub is so private, it can't be beat.
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in September, 2011 Only thing lacking was a view as the trees are blocking most of it; in a few more years there will be no view at all otherwise we were very pleased with the accommodation.
Michelle T. from Kanata, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2011 My family and I stayed 4 nights at this property. The location is great, the condo was spotless and the hot tub/decks with mountain views were awesome. This condo was perfect for our family. There is a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the unit. We could easily walk to all amenities (groceries, coffee shops, liquor store, bank...)Trevor provided a detailed guest binder that had tons of valuable info. Traveling with two younger children (8 and 5) we appreciated his info on children's activities, etc. Having a full kitchen was also great because it allowed us to save on restaurant meals (Whistler can be expensive!). Everyone loved the hot tub and enjoying breakfasts on the deck looking at the mountains was priceless.Suggestions: - a later check-out would be nice :) - the condo felt a bit warm (dials were at 0 so we aren't sure why...)- oven mitts would be useful too Really nothing to complain about. We will definitely rent from this owner again and have already recommended the condo to friends. Great value! Thanks!
No place better for a vacation, or weekend trip to Whistler!!
Steven M. from a, a recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2011 A wonderful place to stay...location, privacy, just an overall great experience. I have already recommended it to my co-workers as the place to stay if they visit Whistler!!
aleck w. from Maple Valley, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2011 Great Location, lots to do, lots of shopping. You can bike, hike, just walk around downtown. People are very nice and friendly. Only draw back is it is quite expensive. But, with the amendities you can buy food at the store and eat in.
A guest from Surrey, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2011 Really like the location of the property and amenities available, would NOT recommend unit #65 to family/friends, the living room couch was incredibly uncomfortable to sit and sleep on (we sat on the floor/dining room chairs), the hot tub had way too many chemicals in it (our skin was itchy/burning after a quick dip) and it also made a huge bang when we tried to turn the jets on, the toilet wasnt very clean and doesnt flush properly (TP kept coming back into the bowl). Would stay at Glaciers Reach again just not this unit!
Property Manager Response: Response from Whistler Vacations When I read this guest comment I went into #65 with my tools to do some work. I have replaced the mechanism for the pull out couch as it was bent and not usable. It is much better now.
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2011 This place has a great location, is very comfortable and classy, ultra private hot tub, and was spotless. I definitely plan on coming back.
A guest from Fairbanks, Alaska recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2011 Great place! Loved the hot tub and how it was in a quiet spot of town but neat the markerplace & villate. Definitely would stay here again & use the same company. Avoid the hotels. Highly recommended!
Patrick J. from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2011 My biggest complaint was that the water temperature in the hot tub was preset at too low of a level. The side racks in the fridge door had broken railings so we could not store food in the door of the fridge. Other than that, this was a good place to stay at, reasonably priced, while it was a relatively far (15 minute) walk from the ski lifts, there was a free shuttle that left from a nearby intersection which took you straight to the lifts. I would consider staying here again for my next whistler ski trip.
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2011 Beautiful property, the hot tub was great for after-ski relaxation, decent distance to restaurants and a bus stop, lovely view from the balcony. The fireplace was wonderful and cozy, and everything was shiny clean when we got there. Could use a few more places to hang wet snow gear, but other than that, 5 stars!
A guest from v, b does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2010 Unfortunately, the suite had a musty odor. Otherwise, it was conveniently located, comfortable bed and well-stocked kitchen.
Alexandra R. from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in September, 2010 Had a fabulous stay. You check yourself in, which I think is great, and it was easy. The hot tub was up and running, and the place was spotless. The quilt and pillows were down, not fake. It was a nice surprise that the place spanned 2 floors! It was maybe a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. I definitely recommend it.
Reviewed by: douglas k. recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in August, 2010 tv & dvd player would be nice in the bedroom. Also the DVD player stopped working have way through the first video. This happened last time too.
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2010 We loved the hot tub on the deck. It was so nice to just relax after a long day. Also the full kitchen was wonderful becuase we were able to cook some meals and just enjoy being comfortable in our condo. Thanks a lot, we had a wonderful stay in Whistler!
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in August, 2010 We enjoyed the location, the property manager was very helpful, and the unit was clean. Unfortunately our dishwasher did not work during our stay.
Kelly H. from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2010 Had a fantastic time. Loved the hot tub. Location was great too. It was the best property we stayed in over our summer holidays which took us to a few (overpriced) hotels and apartments. Great Value for money!
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2010 We stayed in Unit 65 at Glaciers Reach. Highly reccommended as the unit was comfortable, well presented and superbly located being just minutes from the village but without the noise and hassle of being in the village. The hot tub is on a very private deck with great mountain views. Would definately stay again.
A guest from Abbotsford, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2010 We loved the one bedroom condo with the hot tub on a private mountain view deck. It was conveniently located a short walk from the village, it was clean and very accessible. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend it to our friends.
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in May, 2010 The complex was great and had everything that we required to enjoy our stay. There was a soiled towel and an empty pack of cigarettes with used butts in it on the upper deck when we arrived- other than that it was fantastic.
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2010 I've stayed at Glacier's Reach (through Trevor) several times in the past, and this time didn't disappoint, as usual! The private hottub is a big reason why I stay here, and also because it was very clean and fully stocked with all the amenities expected in a condo. Will definitely return soon!
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in April, 2010 We had the best time at Glaciers Reach in Whistler this past week. The property was beautiful and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a fun time up in Whistler. Will definetly be back. Thanks Trevor!!!
A guest from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2010 It's always a pleasure finding the accomodation "as advertised" and in perfect conditions. I've visited three times Whistler Vacations in the last 7 years and it really feels like home everytime we go there. Please keep up the good work and the conditions.Regardsdaniel
A guest from Fairbanks, AK recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in February, 2010 Great find for Olympic weeks stay for watching the alpine events and gettiing to ski some powder ourselves. Convenient to the Village but quieter in evenings than hotels nearer the lifts. We walked to the lifts or took the #6 bus. Owner was very helpful and bought us discount day passes from Squamish 7-11. Good WiFi, good hot tub.
Andrea S. from Vancuver, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2009 Hi,This is my 3rd..maybe even 4th time staying with you guys and I always have an amazing stay with you. I recommend my friends to your site on a regular basis and love that Trevor took the time to personally call me back and follow up when I had a question about the rental agreement. Thanks! Hope to see you soon :)Andrea
Karolina B. from Vancouver, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in November, 2009 This property was awesome. Great layout of condo and amazing location. Great private hot tub (no neighbours looking either)..Thanks again!
Sam L. from v, b recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2009 We had an excellent time! The condo was great, and everything was very well taken care of. Our only suggestion, and it's a very small one, would be to consider adding a set of tupperware to the items in the kitchen... although we had everything we needed to cook, there wasn't really anything to put the food in after to keep it in the fridge. We had a fabulous time and will definitely remember your place next time we head up to Whistler!
Scott P. from Bellingham, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2009 As usual, we had a wonderful time! This unit was great as it had a very private hottub balcony, and was easy to find.
A guest from Vancouver, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in August, 2009 I had a great time at the Glacier reach for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend. We enjoyed the room and private hot tub. The rooms are very clean. The location is across the street from the market place.
Keith M. from Langley, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in August, 2009 The location of the property was good in that it was a short walk to the whistler villiage. The view out the back although somewhat obscured by the trees was good and the hot tub was in a good spot. As far as the condition and the amentities there were a few improvements that could have been made. The carpets were well worn and looked like they were dirty although probably not as dirty as they looked. The upstairs bathroom had an exhaust fan that was extremely noisy to the point that you could hear it downstairs. The water pressure was low and combined with the leaky showerhead it was not a good shower. There were a couple of other aestecic items in the shower that could have been attended to. The ceiling was leaking wne we came with a bowl in the middle of the living room which did not give us a felling of qulity although the leak did not continue after we came in. The furnishings and the TV could use some upgrading especially if you want to maximize your return for the Olympics. Overall the place was satisfactory but I belive if I rented again I would go for more updated accomodations.
Our Whistler Summer Get-away...This was our 4th stay at Glaciers Reach. I've yet to be disappointed. Trevors units come equipp
Colin A. from AB, recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2009 Typically we come for a week skiing, this time we came for the fun in the sun! We hiked the mountian trials (awesome views), attended the mountain top BBQ, mountain biked the valley trail system, and kayaked the river of Golden Dreams...We had a great experience!
A guest from Bend, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in July, 2009 This was our second stay at Glaciers Reach and both times have been pleased. Last time we got the 2 bdrm with hot tub and room was great. Private bdrms and bath. This time we got the 1 bdrm and hot tub sharing with another couple (pull out couch downstairs), only downside was one bath and hot tub was on deck upstairs off the bdrm- not much privacy. Traveling with more than one 2 people- opt for the 2 bdrm.
A guest from Vancouver, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2009 Nothing beats sitting in your own private hot tub, looking at the stars and lovely mountain view in a breezy night. The only thing is the hot tub will need to be turned off because it is rather noisy when you go to sleep. But all in all, it's a good place of good value!
Amanda B. from Monterey, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in June, 2009 My husband and I had a wonderful time at Glacier's Reach, this was my second time staying here and his first. It was so clean and comfortable, the views from our balcony were fantastic. We were able to walk to anywhere from the location and we did do a lot of hiking. Trevor the owner was very helpful when we had questions and I recommend to anyone to read through the binder that is for use of the townhome and activities. We did have some trouble with the coded lock, but instead kept the key with us at all times. I recommend Whistler Vacations to anyone, excellent service and very clean townhomes. We will definitely be back! Thanks Trevor!
Andrea N. from El Paso, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2009 Glacier's Reach is almost right on top of Blackcomb and the Village so whenever we had somewhere to go, we walked and didn't use a drop of gas. A very eco friendly place! The condo was VERY WELL equiped with everything we needed in terms of cooking, cleaning and relaxation with it's jacuzzi upstairs. I would recommend this property to ANYONE looking to get away from the big lights and the city for a spot in the middle of the forrest.
Alex L. from Vancouver, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2009 We had a great stay and a big part of that was the good accomodations, the only thing that was a bit of an issue was that the hot tub was uncomfortably hot and there were no instructions on how to lower the temperature, aside from that perfect trip, Thanks!
A guest from Port Coquitlam, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2009 Loved unit #65 at Glacier's Reach as my girlfriend and I had a fantastic weekend getaway. The location was perfect with only a few short steps away from the major shopping centre. We both loved having a full kitchen to prepare meals instead of paying a fortune eating at whistlers many expensive restaurants and the private hot tub off the bedroom balcony was perfect!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I have definatly recommended this property to my friends as the price during the summer was reasonable for the great value of the unit!
Jari P. from Toronto, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 12 days in May, 2009 You are located in the village. There are two main shopping areas only a few minutes walk away. There is banking, fine dining or McDonalds if you prefer, all the clothing you could want just right there. You can go skiing in the morning and play a round of golf in the afternoon. The mountain views are spectacular. The accomodations were great, there were two of us and there was plenty of room. The only thing I would suggest is if you are going golfing make your "T" off time your self, you can save some money especially if you go in the spring, late May early June.
A guest from Gothenburg, Gothenburg recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in April, 2009 We had a great time in Whistler, everything was superb, really nice flat, clean and in good shape, exellent service from all, easy too get contact by phone or mail.Regards and thank you.
Bryan M. from Laguna Hills, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2009 Overall the condo at Glacier's reach was ideal, based on price, location and ammenities offered. However, I have one comment: the TV appears to be going out as well as the xbox. When I tried to watch a dvd, the tv would display a black box over 85% of the viewable screen. At first I thought it was the dvd player so I used the xbox (which didn't work either - It brought up error messages). Our friends rented Room #43b and brought over their dvd player but the black box still appeared. The only way to resolve this was to keep hitting menu when it appeared. On another note, it would be convenient if the stereo had a connection for a ipod.
A guest from Seattle, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2009 Not all Glacier's Reach Condos are equal. #65 was perfect for us with the hot tub and balcony's tucked on backside of building giving pricacy. The stairs were brutal after a long hard day of skiing but everything else was perfect.
