There is also a piano in the main house that our guests are welcome to use.
Swim on your own beach, just a few feet away from breakfast on your own sea kissed terrace. Kayak or sail at your leisure. 3 fireplaces/wood stoves. Spacious professionally landscaped and groomed grounds, gardens. Mature shade trees near water's edge.
Main house is approx. 3000 square feet. Guest cottage suite is approx. 600 square feet. House and cottage may be rented separately or together.
Main house will sleep maximum of 10 people comfortably.
Guest suite will sleep 4 people maximum.

Rates are based on a 1 week minimum as follows:
MAIN HOUSE : from May 1st to June 13th, 2009 $1500.00 per week
: from June 14th to Sept 11th, 2009 $2000.00 per week
: from Sept 12th to Oct 31, 2009 $1500.00 per week
GUEST SUITE : from May 1st to June 13th, 2009 $750.00 per week
: from June 14th to Sept 11, 2009 $1000.00 per week
: from Sept 12th to Oct 31, 2009 $750.00 per week

WEEKLY MINIMUM RENTAL. 50% deposit required at booking, balance at check-in. $500.00 refundable damage deposit plus $50.00 per person to a maximum of $350.00 refundable cleaning deposit also required at check-in.( premises are to left broom clean, no dirty dishes, garbage & recyclables sorted; missing or damaged items will be charged at cost)
Booking deposit is 90% refundable only if space rebooked. A 10 % convenience fee will be retained whether or not the room is rebooked.
