seven meals and that was the icing on the cake for the ladies. This property is very nice,and updated with all the modern facilities one expects. Pam Harrington and Associates follow through from the moment we arrive till the time we leave. Our plans are to make 2010 year number three at Kiawah.

Need a new grill only thing missing. Great location on the par 3 hole. The owners did a great job with this property. This propert would bring us back. If you want to impress your in-laws bring them here.

Great house! Wonderful vacation! This property is wonderfully decorated, with a beautiful open floor plan. The views are incredible, with easy access to the beach, and an easy 5 minute walk to the Sanctuary. We hope to come back next year!

This is a fabulous home with high quality appointments and decor. We did not have the hot water trouble that others reported . . . patience is required while the water initially heats but it is worth the wait to know that multiple showers can be taken without running out of hot water. This is a fantastic get-away home with both sunrise and sunset ocean views.

The hot water is the big issue. By running the shower, as suggested you could get hot water at the bathroom faucets but we rarely had any at the kitchen faucet. We would recommend larger fry pan, salad bowl and some occasional pieces for chips/dips etc.
