We loved the condo and were very satisfied with the service we received from Pam Harrington Exclusives! The condo was comfortable and had beautifully updated decor, a great view of the ocean from the balcony and master bedroom, a relaxing spa shower, and a well equipped gourmet kitchen. Being in a building located right on the beach was fun and convenient. The only disappointing part of our stay was the weather, which was unseasonably cool and rainy while we were in Kiawah. One suggestion for the condo amenities is that the addition of a stereo would be nice so that guests could listen to music while dining (we cooked and ate every meal except one in the condo and would have enjoyed listening to some of the classical music CDs that we brought along). We hope to stay in 5107 Windswept again and get better weather next time.

We had a great time here! I am an interior designer and the decor was fabulous. We have been coming to Kiawah for years, usually renting a large house on Vanderhorst with other family members, but this time we traveled with just our family. It's perfect for a family of four (two kids under 3). The unit is seconds from the beach and has a bike storage area under the building. We had a ball and have already recommended this unit to family and friends.

From pictures of this unit on the web site, I was expecting limited ocean views. I was pleasantly surprised to walk out on the deck and see most of the beach, and a full view of the waves/ocean. What more can you ask for? I have stayed in multiple other Windswept units, and this one is truly a gem. The secluded patio area and the deck that runs the span of the unit really add to the square footage. We felt like we had more room to 'spread out', which is great for families. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

We have rented from Pam Harrington in the past and have always been pleased. This stay was no different; the re-modeled condo was great. I had hoped the prices would be a little lower then they were due to the economy, but.... We had a great time-we had not been there in 10 years.

My husband and I have been coming to Kiawah for many years (during the winter months). This is by far the best stay we have encountered. The condo was in beautiful condition (nice renovation)and it was wonderful to be so close to the ocean and incredible golf courses. We loved this place more than our stay in The Sanctuary Hotel. We will rent it again.

It would be helpful to have some "simple" instructions for using the VCR. No instructions given for checking out/leaving keys. Air-conditioning went out over the weekend and there's no instructions for who to contact. Otherwise, a wonderful property that we'd definitely return to.
