This vacation home is ideal for hosting the family getaway with 5 bedrooms, spacious dining area with lots of seating, living room and family room, and two full baths.
The view from the living room and walkout deck includes Columbine Lake, Rocky Mountain National Park, and a variety of wildlife visitors from birds and squirrels to the occasional elk and moose.
The home's main floor includes the living room with fireplace and walkout deck, dining area, fully furnished kitchen, full bath, king bedroom and queen bedroom. The downstairs has a family room, full bath, queen bedroom, bedroom with full-size bed, and bed room with twin over double bunk. Dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, and gas BBQ grill are provided.
This property permits pets, and is a smoke-free property. Clubouse and lake usage rights are not available.
This property will accommodate up to 12 persons and 3 dogs.
RATES AND BOOKING INFORMATION: Rates and minimum requirements for length of stay depend upon the season and day of week. LAST MINUTE DEALS AND SPECIALS MAY APPLY! STANDARD PEAK SEASON RATES (7/1 to 8/15, 12/24 to 1/2): $265 to $280 per night (depending on day of week and length of stay). A miminum stay of 3 nights is normally required, but shorter stays may be available. Check the on-line quote for availability of shorter stays.
STANDARD REGULAR SEASON RATES (5/16 to 6/30, 8/16 to 9/30, 1/3 to 3/31): Fridays and Saturdays are $260 per night, $250 per night for Sunday thru Thursday. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
STANDARD VALUE SEASON RATES (4/1 to 5/20, 10/1 to 12/23): $250 per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights required.
SECURITY DEPOSIT : A security deposit is required, and is refunded within seven days upon successful completion of the rental.
