La Cagne, a modern apartment in the rural part of Cagnes sur Mer.
The entrance door leads into the living room with a dining table seating 4. The open kitchen is fully equipped.
- In the living, dining area, is a sofabed which sleeps 2.
- The Master bedroom has a shower and a comfortable queen-size bed, sleeps 2,
- The second room has a shower and sofabed which also sleeps 2.
A separate toilet with a wash basin is next to the bedrooms. There is a small garden where you can have barbecues, table seating 6. The garden is surrounded by fruit trees. The river, La Cagne, is only a few meters away. It is ideal for bicycle lovers. The property entrance has an automatic gate and a parking place next to the apartment.
Next door to the garden is a courtyard with a chicken farm.
The apartment "La Cagne" is only a stones throw from Nice airport and the Marina in Saint Laurent du Var(15 minutes by car),there are restaurants, bars and cafés almost everywhere. Cagnes sur mer, and Haut de Cagnes are only 5 to 10 min by car. If you like walking,you can walk to Cagnes sur Mer,it will take you about 40-45 minutes but a car or bicycles are a must. There is a very good bus service in Cagnes sur Mer which serves,Cannes, Nice, Antibes and Saint Paul de Vence etc.
It is also close (5/10 min by car) to markets, shops, banks and communications. You can find the exclusive shopping mall "Cap 3000" on your way to Nice.
