Cancellation Policy:
30 Days or More Prior to Reservation Date: Your deposit will be totally refunded to you, or you may apply your deposit towards another date if available.

14-29 Days Prior to Reservation Date: One half of the reservation will be refunded; subject to re-rental.

14 Days or Less Prior to Reservation Date: The entire amount of the reservation is forfeited; subject to re-rental.

A $25.00 charge is levied on all cancellations of 14 days or less regardless of re-rental.

All "no shows" forfeit the entire amount of the reservation.

Terms and Conditions:
Check in time is 3:00 pm. 30% of the total fee is required to hold reservations, and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A valid Visa or MasterCard is due 30 days prior to arrival for a $125.00 authorization/security deposit in lieu of a cash security deposit.
We will charge the full amount of any damage to the house, its contents and property, to your credit card. This also includes smoke odors & damages caused by pets.
