Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
11.5% Tax
There is also a $700.00 refundable damage deposit, (refunded if home is left in order as found).
In order to make a reservation, we require a deposit of 1/2 of the rental rate within 5 days of request. Balance is due in full within 30 days of arrival.
A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in.
Check in: 4 PM, Check out: 10 AM
$175.00 per week to heat pool March to Dec, $250.00 Dec to March.
