Stayed for 7 days in May, 2013 Our condo was exactly what we saw in the was clean, well maintained and a well stocked kitchen to do our own cooking, which we did daily. The grocery stores were about 5 mins drive from the condo. Sitting on the balcony every morning with breakfast and evenings with wine and looking at the beautiful view was lovely. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, to our host Kim for making our stay so pleasent and helping us with all of our questions before booking. |

Location makes up for short comings Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 13 days in April, 2013 Thrilled with the location and view from our 5th floor rental as well as the 2 minute walk down to the ocean. The unit itself was nice enough, could use a good scrub, ie... dirty walls in the bathrooms and cobwebs on the light fixtures, and a fresh coat of paint. On our first night we discovered the smaller bedroom had used linens on the bed and no back up linen to change out as well as no bath mat for the shower. House keeping came late the next morning to rectify the situation and asked if we enjoyed our complimentary wine upon which we shared no such item was found in our room thou he himself had placed it there. the first day the blinds in that room also came loose and maintenance was called. It took 2 days and 2 trys to have them fixed with somewhat poor communication from the rental group. We also found upon arrival posted signs on our left neighbor and our upstairs left neighbor to be fully under construction. Had we been informed of this information prior we may have opted to change rooms or locations as appose to living thru 2 weeks of construction noise that we were in fact avoiding at our own home during this time. Seems our neighbors to the right and above us had 4 adults each and a baby in one most of the time, be warned the walls are thin and if quiet is something you crave on your vacation I will say we enjoyed very little in this location. |

Every morning we awoke to watch humpback whales in the ocean and it was an easy walk to the local coffee shop and strip malls. It was incredibly peaceful and quiet in the condo complex...almost impossible not to get a good night's rest. Our only complaint would be the carpet and living room furniture were dated anfd there should be umbrellas around the pool area for shade. Otherwise no complaints! We would definitely book this same condo again! |

Stayed for 16 days in November, 2011 Lovely area to sit and enjoy with lounge chairs, HOWEVER, hot tub only working from 4.00 pm to 10:00 pm and luke warm. Massage jets do work well, so it should be called a warm massage tub.You had to chase the polar bears out of the swimming pool before use. At least you could enjoy it by yourself! Needs a solar pre heater in a big way. I will ask more questions before renting again. Unit was clean, well equipped, and totally perfect in all other regards. Had a good holiday inspite of no early AM hot tub and coffee. |

Stayed for 14 days in October, 2011 I would give the unit 5 stars, except for the following the toilets both need to be changed, they are un-usually noisy. The 2nd bathroom tub is very well worn & could use updating. The first dinner plate I took from cupboard was covered in what appeared to be Olive Oil & I immediately washed all plates, cutlery & glasses. The vacuum needs to be replaced, it actually puts out more dirt then picks up. I was not happy that the free internet was un-secured-make a code & give it your guests. The unit should come with more kitchen cloths- there is only 1 dish rag & two towels, I dont want to always be doing laundry on vacation. Overall a very good stay. Please never hesitate to bring items to our attention while you are stayingin the unit in order for us to make you more comfortable. |
