Vacation Condo Rental Description:
You can reserve this home online right now. Top of the beach and bay in South Mission Beach is a beautiful top floor condo located on the 4th level. Panoramic views from every room! Will suit up to 6 guests. Recently remodeled kitchen! This San Diego Vacation Rental is available year round.You can make an online reservation now or call us for assistance.This property is available year-round. We offer a 3 night minimum Sept to May. One week minimum for summer season Sat to Sat and also over the Holidays. - we do make some exceptions in Early June and late August. Holidays have one week minimum but at times we can work around this so please call! We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time.
The balcony is off of the living area. There is a gas grill and couple of outdoor chairs. The view is spectacular both day and night. You can watch the Seaworld fireworks in the evening, sunset, people, and the bay all from your 4th floor penthouse!
The living, dining and kitchen area are open to the large view window. Offering cable TV, VCR and DVD.
The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and dining, coffee maker, blender, mircrowave and refridgerator. Granite counter tops and and open kitchen makes for great entertaining. It offers a breakfast bar that opens to the living area.
The dining area is just off of the kitchen and the living area. We offer a full size roll away bed for groups over 4 and this will allow us to accommodate up to 6 guests. The building offers coin-op laundry.
The master bedroom offers a full bath and shower. It has a view of the ocean and the park. There is a queen bed and it is tastefully decorated. There is also an additional TV in this room.
The King bedroom is a master bedroom with a full bath. The bedrooms are on either side of the living area. The 2nd bedroom also offers 1 queen bed and room for the full size roll away bed. There is also a small TV in this room and it is right off of the 2nd bathroom.
This building is secure with an elevator. There is a garage for 1 car. All linens and towels are provided for the house. Close to all in desirable South Mission Beach. You are about 60 steps to the Boardwalk in Mission Beach. The cross street for the building is San Fernando Place. There is more public parking here as well if you need more than the 1 space in the garage.
We also offer unit 402 just across the hall so if you have 2 families traveling together or a larger group we can offer you a discounted rate when renting these two condos together!! Beautiful Mission Bay is just a few minutes walk also from the building. There are grassy parks, places to rent boats, and other water toys, just within Seaworld fireworks display is also a nightly event in the summer season. This home offers a couple of beach cruiser bikes for your enjoyment too!! 2990 Mission #401 Great Location Denise R. from Marble Falls, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2012 We came for an event that was held in the Park so we couldn't have been more pleased with the location. Everything was within walking distance. Downtown is about 2 miles up the road but bikes are on the property and the boardwalk is just out the door. The apartment was clean, roomy and well maintained. Laurie and Stephanie were GREAT!! always there if you needed anything. We couldn't have been more pleased with them. Here are the only two negatives I could find...1)if you are a light sleeper as I am, you might want to bring earplugs, there is some street noise. This was made worse by the fact that event we attended was towing cars at 2:45 am in the morning just below our window and sleeping was impossible even with earplugs. Not the best situation for me as I was racing very early the next morning on little to no sleep. This situation although unfortunate for me was in no way Sandy Beach Rentals fault. They, not knowing I was racing had even called to inform us the week before that there was a large event taking place that weekend, they did their part. 2) If you prefer a dark room the blinds don't provide sufficient cover to block out lights from the park or parking lot across the way. A curtain over the blinds would go a long to make things cozier at night. If you live in the city this probably won't bother you a bit. We live in the country and have little to no street lights so have become accustom to a dark room. This was the first time Mission Beach has hosted a triathalon and it was a bit crazy but I hear there were no injuries and things went well. My staff could not work that weekend as the beach was literally closed down so that was not something we were expecting. This home does not typically have any noise issues. I will let the owner know about your suggestion for the curtains. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2009 Location is right on the main drag-Mission Blvd. Window insulation is nill so the traffic noise was unbearable...most nights there was loss of sleep. You have to memorize or take with you-a hassle- 3 codes;one for the garage, one for the elevator and one for your door. Both of these inconveniences should be mentioned when renting.The layout is great and its steps to the beach. |

Pans were nasty!The coaches were awful. The patio is very small but the view is excellent! Bikes were nice feature! Beds were not very comfy. The location is a little noisy...Mission Blvd can be. Three nice TV's was nice and they all had DVD's. Granite bar was nice. It was a bit of a hassle getting in and out of this place...elevators! Overall it wasn't bad by any means...just not great! I was recommend a ground unit off Mission Blvd. |
