Vacation Condo Rental Description:
Please call us to verify availability of this property prior to booking online!! This property is available year-round. We offer a 3 night minimum Sept to May. One week minimum Sat to Sat for summer season and also over the Holidays.We do make exceptions to the Sat to Sat rule at times typically in early June or late August. You can check with us! We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. Three level family home just steps to both Mission Bay and Mission Beach. This home will accommodate up to 8 guests and the other unit of the duplex will accommodate 6 more! Perfect for family reunions or multiple families! Available summer season only. The lower level offers french doors from one bedroom that has queen bed. There is also an additional bedroom with queen bed and a full size batrhroom. Washer and dryer and 2 car tandem garage are offered with this home. The 2nd level offers an open kitchen with dining area large enough for up to 10 guests and 3 more at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully stocked with coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and all that you will need for your family meals! There is also a BBQ available outside... perfect for your favorite summer recipes!
The living area is spacious and offers a queen sleeper sofa, Cable television, and VCR. A spiral staircase offers access to the third level master bedroom. Lots of light, French doors, full size bathroom and queen size bed. The French doors open to an outside balcony. There is a view of both beach and bay! Perfect for sunning, relaxing, or checking the surf!!
The view of the bay will offer a nightly fireworks display from SeaWorld! We will also offer you a double duplex discount if you rent both 810 and 812 San Juan Place. Both homes will accommodate up to 14 guests total, 4 parking spots, and all the amenities of home. Casa Rosa A guest from Phoenix, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2010 This was a nice unit and we would return only if we had smaller cars. Parking 2 fullsize cars in the tandem garage was a nightmare, especially when the neighbor was parked directly across the alley. The house was clean. Though listed as amenities there aren't any ceiling fans but there were a couple of portable fans. The table only seats 6 though the unit sleeps 8 - 3 beds and a couch. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed and there was a new grill in the front yard. There were quite a few burned out light bulbs for some reason. The location is great, an easy walk to the bay and ocean with a crosswalk on the corner. thoughts on vacation rental Anna A. from Scottsdale, AZ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2008 The biggest problem with our trip was the lack of parking. We could not get into the garage because there was somebody parked behind it in the alleyway. Also, the space in the garage was very tight and barely held the two cars that we could fit in there. We were told that there would be parking on Monday when everyone left but that didn't happen. When we asked if we could use the garage next door, we were told we couldn't, yet it was available the whole week we were there. (We would have paid extra for its usage).The property was a little on the worn side. It really did need painting and a few repairs. It would have been great if they could have had another TV upstairs (those three flights of stairs were killers).Loved thelocation. |

We have already provided similar comments via an email to Dana Race.We did have a wonderful time that week. The beach house was great for our needs. We had no problem getting in. There was plenty of hot water/towels. There were extras we did not expect, (like the beach chairs/umbrella, kitchen stuff, etc). Thank you so much. There were a few minor items that needed attention. The front right burner on the stove would not light.I was not able to get a dial tone on the upstairs phone. It appears to be charging?We purchased batteries for the smoke alarm down stairs but it still did not work.The upstairs toilet flush lever needed to be held down for several seconds before flushing and the toilet sometimes continued to run after flushing.The small towel rack next to the shower upstairs kept falling off the wall.My rating for the appearance and condition is only 3 stars. We realize this is an older home and not a 5 star hotel. It was fine for us. The house was pretty clean. The only area that needed attention was the air vent next to the front door. It was caked with dust.We did have an exceptional time and hopefully we will return next year! |

Great place, great price A guest from Peoria, AZ recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2008 The only reason I did not give it a 5 for the stay was because we were there over the 4th of July. On 2 different nights (one being the 4th) we had a lot of loud parties going on around us that kept us up most of the night. The property and management of the facility have nothing to do with this, but it did cause us to be a little less satisfied with our over all stay |
