Mike's Place at the beach was in the perfect location. It took less than a minute to get to the beach and was only about two blocks from the bay. The apartment was well appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable. The only negative was the presence of little ants in the kitchen. Otherwise we loved it.

The units were wonderful. We had a great time. The only problem was the shower in 720 had no water pressure, so all 14 of us shared the other 2 showers. Overall, it was wonderful.

UNFORTUNATLY, THERE WERE A FEW NEIGHBOR HOMES THAT HOSTED ROWDY PEOPLE, THAT SEEMED TO START PARTYING OUTSIDE AT 10 P.M. OR LATER NIGHTLY!! WE HAD A BABY WITH US, SO HE DIDN'T SLEEP WELL MOST NIGHTS! IT WAS VERY ANNOYING TRYING TO SLEEP WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN, WHEN THESE IDIOTS WERE UP ALL NIGHT PLAYING LOUD RADIOS AND DRINKING!!ONE COUPLE FOUGHT FOR 2 STRAIGHT NIGHTS, USING THE F--- WORD CONSTANTLY. AGAIN, WTIH THE WINDOWS OPEN FOR COOL AIR, THIS WAS VERY ANNOYING AND SICKENING!! WE REALIZE THIS WAS BEYOND YOUR CONTROL, BUT IT DEFINITELY PUT A DAMPER ON THE VACATION! IT'S HARD TO ENJOY YOURSELF DURING THE DAY, WHEN YOU DON'T GET ANY SLEEP AT NIGHT!!

We really enjoyed Mike's Place at the Beach. It was well equipped and clean.....we especially enjoyed the massage chair!! We would recommend this rental to anyone!
