The Sweet Sunset Studio on Jamaica Court is upstairs and features GORGEOUS sunset views! You can sit on the shared patio or have an intimate dinner windowside and take in the views!
This San Diego Vacation Rental is available year round.You can make an online reservation now or call us for assistance.This property is available summer only. One week minimum for summer season Sat to Sat and also over the Holidays. - we do make some exceptions in Early June and late August. Holidays have one week minimum but at times we can work around this so please call! We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. A la Carte or served up with Mike's Beach Place and Mimi and Nana's Beach Getaway- the Sunset Studio is a charming and functional space!

Shared patio downstairs features two gas grils and plenty of seating. There is a full size futon in the studio as well which makes it suitable for 2 adults and 2 children.

Mission Beach Studio Marsha R. from Fredricksburg, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 The room consisted of a queen bed raised up about 5 feet off the ground, presumably to afford an ocean view. A step ladder was provided to climb up onto the bed. Very inconvenient as the bed could not be used as a sitting area. The futon was very low to the ground and extremely uncomfortable for sleeping -- needs to be replaced with a daybed or new futon. This was also almost unusable as a sitting area as it was about 12 inches off the ground. The gas stove is nearly an antique, we were afraid to use it except toward the end of the week we did fire it up for one meal. Two of the upstairs patio chairs are so broken down, the seem hazardous to sit in, should be immediately thrown away. We did enjoy the downstairs garden patio area very much. I understand everyone is on vacation and having a great time, but our last day was Sunday and Saturday morning some guy came in a was breaking bottles, taking cans wetting down the patio and wet the kids strollers, bicycles, etc. There was a wet mess on the patio, plus everyone in the house was up at 6:00 am from all the noise. Other than that everything was perfect. I would rent again in a heartbeat! |

overall good. There was a family reunion with 40 family members on the patio most nights had to wade through people to get to my Glen D. from Mesa, AZ recommends this property.
