Vacation Condo Rental Description:
Fresh Paint brightens up this condo. This unit sleeps 8. King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, sleeper sofa. kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. There is a fireplace in the master bedroom. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Flat Screen tv's and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee. This is a sleeper sofa condo. If your party has 6 or less please let us know and the rate can be adjusted.

It had a rustic, cabin feel to it. Everything was perfectly clean as always, and the workers were so very friendly! My only complaint is that I like to have not only closet space but also drawers to put clothes in and this specific condo did not have that. A lot of our things had to be kept in the suit cases. However, that is very minor. We had another wonderful vacation in these condos and cannot wait to be back next year! |

This is the second time we have stayed at this location and we absolutely love it. The location is very convenient to the activities we enjoy. We have been impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. I particularly like sitting on the balcony early in the morning reading a good book while the rest of the family is still sleeping.We have stayed in cabins before but we seem to enjoy Baskins Creek more. The cabins can be a distance from town and consume a lot of time driving back and forth. We hope to spend future trips to Gatlinburg at Baskins Creek. It appeared to be on a creek in the ad. However, there were not any real views especially from your balcony of a creek. And you A guest from Spanish Fort, AL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2008 The staff at the front desk was not friendly at all and acted like we were a burdened to them. They were not helpful at all. I was at least expecting a smile! |
