King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

Stayed for 4 days in August, 2012 We had a wonderful time at the Baskins Creek Condos and unit 210 was a great place to stay. The space provided was great for our family of three. We each had our own bed and the two bathrooms came in handy. Nice having a full kitchen where we could make coffee, keep leftovers refridgerated, etc. The property was extremely clean, front desk staff very nice and helpful, and loved that it was within walking distance to everything.The only downfall was that our balcony overlooked the pool (which was great but if there were a lot of people you could hear everything) and the parking garage. Got very noisy in the morning when people were checking out. Overall very satisfied with our stay. Would defineltly go back again. Much better than a hotel. |

Stayed for 7 days in August, 2010 the locks on our doors did not work (both bedrooms and the entry door) We ask to have them fixed repeatedly but they would work once and not work again. I think they all need to be replaced. The master bath shower leaks really badly (always had a puddle/soaking wet towel outside the shower). The washer and dryer had the water lines hooked up backward (the hot was cold and cold was hot). Could use bigger bath towels, and better stocking of soap/toilet paper. Most of the equipment in the fitness room was broken. the kitchen was minimally stocked, had lots of plates, silverware etc but could use more serving bowls, finally found the cutting board near the end of our visit, needed a large skillet, and cookie sheet type thing for oven baking. Even though this sounds like several issues they were all small in the overall picture. We loved the location, the pool was nice, and overall was very clean, most of the staff were extremely pleasant. |
