King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with seasonal fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet.

The furniture was comfortable as were the beds. The view from this room and most in this facility are not very good due to the location. Many of the surrounding hotels/motels are much much older and in very poor condition, so the location is the main complaint. The only other issue is that the entire facility is smoke free; while I agree with not being able to smoke in the rooms, not allowing smoking on the balconies seems a bit ridiculous. |

The property is within a short walk to all the ammenities of Gatlinburg's strip. Our main issue was with the fitness room. It was extremely dirty and several pieces of the equipment were broken. It was the worst fitness room we have ever seen at any property. We did not use it for fear of injury from the poorly maintained equipment. We also asked to use a vacuum during our stay, and we never received one. The manager said she would provide one within a few minutes but it never arrived. This was quite inconvenient since we had a week long stay and there was a lot of carpeting in the condo. The TV in the 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced as there were lines on the screen. All in all, a well maintained condo for a great price. |

In the past, we've always stayed in 2 separate hotel rooms, but this year we tried something new, and it worked out great. It was less expensive, nicer, cleaner, and had more amenities and more space than you could get in a hotel room. It's a short walk to get to the strip, and close to The Village, which made it easy to get a daily donut and caramel apple (Dr.'s orders). We were also pushing my Mother-in-law in a wheelchair, and the distance from the condo to the strip was no big deal. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place close to downtown! |

The food, fun, shopping, go-cart rides, dinner-theaters, hot spots to visit, special shops. There is so much to pack in to the time you are there! We had a wonderful time!
