Vacation Condo Rental Description:
This condo is privately located at the end of the 2nd floor. King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Private balcony.This unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! New 46' flat screen tv and DVD player in the living room and a 34' flat screen in the master bedroom. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

The condo was located in a quiet pocket of downtown Gatlinburg. We had the quiet solitude of a mountain vacation (the main street was not within view of our condo) but were able to take a short walk several times a day and be right in the middle of the excitement and activities of the Gatlinburg.The accommodations were immaculate and upscale. It was nice to have a second bedroom with two queen beds so all three kids could be in one room without having someone sleep on the couch.We will definitely book this condo for our next trip to Gatlinburg!!! |

The exercise room was supposed to be open until 10 pm, but the staff doesn't stay that long so you have to get a key card before they leave or you can't use it. The unit we stayed in was nice, but the surrounding area was very run down and didn't make for very good scenery at all! I would stay here again because the building itself was very nice and well cared for. Walking distance to all the shops wasn't bad at all either. |

Stayed for 2 days in September, 2010 We have visited the Baskin Creek Condo's 3 times in the past year for quick get-a-ways. We have stayed in a different condo each time. All of the condo's are very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The complex if very convenient to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. Once we arrive, we park our car and don't need to get back in until our departure. Everything is within a few minutes walk of the complex. The staff is very freindly and helpful. When something is needed, assistance is very timely. This is a place for the entire family. We plan on returning for another quick trip in the fall or early winter. |
