Vacation Condo Rental Description:
King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with seasonal fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet.

We were able to walk downtown and/or take the trolly. The pool looks nice, but it was to cold for us to experience. We are planning our next trip and will stay here again! Only suggestion would be to have a trolly schedule, it's suppose to pick up every 30 minutes, but it didn't seem like it was running on that schedule. Times specified would be better. |

The property was conveniently located with in walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg so we didn't have to drive much or pay for parking downtown. The condo itself was beautiful. Tastefully decorated, very clean and loved the big tub in the master suite.We also really liked having 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom for the kids. When we go back to Gatlinburg would love to stay here again! |

We love it because it is within walking distance and is always very clean and more like home. I will say this is the first time we heard the people up above us banging all evening on the floors and some kids kept ringing the doorbell an running away. It was also the condo was cold because the heat was set on 65 and wouldn't go any higher. But this was the first time we've ever had a few problems, but we still love it here and will be back if they don't keep raising the prices anymore. |
