This condo has just been redecorated. Fresh paint and carpet . King in master with 2 person whirlpool, Fireplace in Master with a 40 IN FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD player.full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath and 40 IN FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD player. Lliving room with fireplace, 42 IN FLAT SCREEN TV/DVD PLAYER private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

Two maintenance issues that should be easy to correct: The dining table was very unstable--wobbled like crazy. Not only annoying to sit there and try to do something, but could be a safety issues if someone had children along. Also the screen to the balcony kept coming off the track. We loved the balcony, but had to shut the patio door or fight the screen door everytime we went outside. |

The Elevator safety inspection expired in Sept 2010 that is really the biggest one I noticed. Would address safety issues first then cosmetics second. However, once my family & I arrived, we very pleased. The condo was very clean & up to date. The furiture was good quality(not cheap:)). The beds were ACTUALLY COMFORTERABLE! I don't know what more that person who complained could of asked for. any time we're in gatliburg we'll stay here & I would definitely recommend Baskins Creek to others. |
