Vacation Condo Rental Description:
King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireles s internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

My wife and I had our eyes on this place since it was built. We reserved 6 units for a week long family reunion so we received a discount. All my siblings raved about the accommodations they had. The pool was cleaned every morning, if you needed extra items like toilet paper you just had to ask.Proximity to downtown Gatlinburg is just 3 blocks away at traffic light 6. All the units are well decorated and clean. I had a towel rack about to fall off the wall, call the front desk and maintenance was there within 10 minutes to fix it. They do not have outdoor grills-my brother loves to grill out.I would like to thank Sara for helping with all the arrangements. Job well done. |

I am accustomed to staying in hotels and motels that have a hair dryer therefore, I did not bring one. I suggest that we have hair dryers in rooms. I found stains on the matris cover, dishes in the washer that were not washed and rancid water in bottom of washer. The shower mixing valve is loose from the wall inside the wall. The high furniture was not dusted on top due to short cleaning persons and fan blades were dusty. |

Not what I expected... A guest from Gastonia, NC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2010 I did not feel the 'Luxury' implied by the name... The staff did not make me feel welcome at all. When I walked in, both desk attendants were on the phone and I had to wait for approximately 5 - 10 minutes for one of them to finish. I was sent to look at the first condo and there was a small child running and squealing in the hall. I was very glad that I did not book online because this happened on the 1st floor where we were going to book. The 2nd condo was furnished with very uncomfortable living room furniture, not luxurious at all. We took the 3rd condo we looked at. I sat on the balcony in the afternoon to read and there were young men in the pool making very loud noises, so loud that my husband came out to see if someone was using firecrackers or something. I could not rest or concentrate as a result and had to go back inside. I went back on the balcony to read between 11 and 11:30 p.m. and when I walked out there was a teenage boy standing on the balcony of condo 102 who started pointing a laser at me. He knew I could see him and he did it more than once, until I went into the condo to get my phone. I knew the desk attendant told us that someone is there until 10 p.m. so I could not call to complain about this episode that night. I went to the desk the next morning to let them know and the attendant seemed a little flippant about it. I told her that I didn't know if the law is the same in TN but that in NC this action is illegal because some guns have lasers on them. I asked that she let the parents know that their son was doing this and she seemed to brush it off. I am very disappointed with the clientele, I expected a better 'class' of people in a 'Luxury' condo complex. I am most disappointed in the staff, I have stayed in every class of accommodation offered in the US and Europe and enjoyed more hospitality than in this 'Luxury' condo rental. They are spotless, beautiful and you really hate to leave. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The manager even remembered us after a year! It is a very secure place.
