NEWLY REDECORATED: King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony overlooking the pool area, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Living Room has a new 40 in LCD TV, Master Bedroom has a new 32 in LCD TV's each has a DVD player. This condo is privately located on the end and has the peaceful creek view. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

We always enjoy staying there. Even though check out is not until 11:00 a.m. A man came to our door about 9:00 a.m. wanting to clean the condo. If I had been there myself, I would have been very uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in unit 514. It is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and utensils one might need for family meals. The unit overlooks the pool area, and is situated at the end of the hallway. Very quiet in the wintertime! We loved the location, and walked into town several times. Also, Food City is a short drive away and, of course, the state park, Dollywood and all the other amusements are conveniently close too. A wonderful vacation was had by all!

My family and I spent our Christmas vacation at Baskins Creek 514. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. Location was great only about 5 min walk to parkway. Like others have said, "You can park your car and never use it until its time to go home." We highly recommend this property. When visiting gatlinburg stay here for about the same price as some of the hotels. We look forward to staying here when we plan our next gatlinburg getaway.

We have visited the Gatlinburg area many a time. Last year, we found Mountain Vista and such a great place that we decided to return this year. The units are excellent, and you are so close to the downtown area..a few setps and you are there. You have to puthis place on your bucket list of places to stay at.

Everything went well except for when we got ready to check out and over heard a conversation that you guys discount triple a.when my wife asked the the attendant she said that they did give *** discount but she couldn't give it to us because we have already paid,which would've saved us about 45 dollars.*** discount is nowhere on website.don't think that was fair

I took mom (79) to Gatlinburg. She had just lost her second companion. Tom passed away with cancer and it was a hard year for her. We stayed at another place also, closer to the main street in Gatlinburg. No one can top Mountain Vista. The only way you can get any better,is if you shuttled to red lights on the main street and picked on return visits. And thats a stretch. If you can, change my review residence to Hixson.

I have stayed many places in Gatlinburg and this is by far my favorite. The condo is beautifully decorated and well kept. I like being able to just park the car and use the trolly to ride into town. The only thing they need to do is have the carpet cleaned. My son took is shoes and socks off when we got there and the bottom of his feet got black from the carpet. Kinda gross, we wore our socks the rest of the time.

We stayed in 514 for 4 days and could not have been more pleased. Baskins Creek is the absolute cleanest facility we have ever stayed! The location is very convenient and is in a lovely setting. The only negative is that the bottom of the pool caused quite a few little cuts on hands and feet!!! We will definitely stay at Baskins Creek 514 again!!!

The room was nicer and roomier than we expected. It is just far enough from the strip to make it quiet. You could hear the stream in the morning and evening, which was nice. Over all it was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay here the next time we are in Gatlinburg. We were all very impressed. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was because one night, there were a bunch of people in the pool at 2am that woke us up, but that was not the norm.

Everything was perfect - very clean, beautifully furnished, very quiet so you could hear the creek running outside. For older people, it is a little too far to walk to the downtown shopping, but that was not really a problem.

These condos are in the perfect location (one block from the Aquarium) for walking to all of Gatlinburg hot spots. This particular unit has a perfect mountain view plus the pool down below. It is a corner condo, quiet, clean and roomy! Have stayed in others but will come back to this one again! You can't ask for more for the price!

I have been going to Gatlinburg for over 29 years now! This is one of the most amazing places we have ever stayed. Very clean and the staff is very friendly. This condo was way more than I was expecting! It was very nicely furnished and cozy. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It was also located in a great place....only a short walk to main street Gatlinburg. It is located on the street directly in front of the aquarium, so it is a very good location. Also, the rental of an xbox for a very small cost was a treat to my son. I will definitely stay again on our next trip up.

We just loved the Baskins Creek Condos, specifically unit 514. It was very nicely decorated and very clean and new. The location is a short walk to light#6 where the Aquarium is. We were back and forth to the convention center so we drove the back way with almost no traffic. It's best to stay off the Parkway as much as possible! I would highly recommend these condos!

We have stayed at several locations in Gatlinburg and MVLR is best by far. The accomodations are fantastic and the location is perfect. The people at the front desk are very helpful with any requests. I would recommend Mountain Vista Luxury Condos highly to anyone that wants to stay in a super nice place close to downtown Gatlinburg. We will be back in the spring for sure.

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. My family and I went to the pool in the late evening, but there were no towels. My husband went to the manager and request some more. They imediatly went and got us some. It was great!

When I made the reservation I was told that the pool would be avaiable for use. It was not. This was our only disappointment.

This is our second year staying here and we absolutely love it! We park the car when we get here and walk or take the trolley anywhere we want to go, it is so wonderful not having to find parking downtown. The condo is amazing and so comfortable! It really feels like a home away from home. We will definitely be back next year!

I have traveled to Gatlinburg for about 28 years now. We have always stayed at Smoky Pines with Elisabeth and Walt. With the sale of their property we deceided to try something new as we wanted rent a 2 bedroom apt rather than 2 rooms. I fell in love with this apt on line. Once there we were really suprised to see how CLEAN, spotless clean, large and nice this apt was. The beds were the most comfortable I have slept on in a rental unit. The washer and dryer made it very nice not to have to run out to do laundry. I will recommend this property and apartment to my friends and family and am very pleased to have a place I will return to myself!

This was our fist experience with Mountaion Vista. Overall we enjoyed our stays but found some things surprising. There was mold on the shower curtain. The bedspreads on both queen sized beds were torn in multiple places. The screen door to the porch came off everytime you would open it. None of the three DVD players would work. Maintenance worked for almost a hour to get them up and running. One had to be replaced entirely. Believe it or not I really like my stay and would book again. I would suggest for the cost, take a little more interest in what you are offering. People pass these things along.

Baskins Creek is a great place to stay. It's location is great. It's off the main street yet within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. The rooms are spacious and clean. The employees were all friendly and helpful. I would recommend Baskins Creek to everybody.

The Baskins Creek lodge is centrally located to everything in downtown gatlinburg. The staff is very helpful with any questions you may have about the property or surrounding area. Will look forward to staying here again in the future.

Condo was very nicely furnished and very clean. Couple of suggestions - only had enough towels & washcloths to use one each day, then had to wash them - would like to have towels replenished daily or every other day. Could not pick up wifi at first - went down to lobby to pick it up initially, then able to get it from our condo (which was on the very end).

2 of the 3 nights we stayed we had water pouring down from the ceiling vent which woke us up. While they did check after the first time it continued which did not make for a restful night's sleep. We would still stay there again.

We absolutely love coming to these condos. They are by far the nicest. The rooms are beautiful and they are just a few minutes walk away from the Village. I would highly recommend staying at Baskins Creek Condominiums to anyone. I makes your stay so much better to have a nice place to come back to after a long day of walking, shopping, or whatever you want to do in Gatlinburg.

My only complaint is that regulations about pool hours should be enforced. Lot of people making noise around the pool way past 10:00PM! Management should be more proactive at enforcing the rules.

We have stayed at this unit/location around about 8 times and love it. Wish we could buy it for ourselves. We go to Gatlinburgh about 3 to 4 times a yearl. We found this location in Gatlinburgh about 2 years ago and love the location of it. It is just a short walk to town. You don't have to get in your car and have to go find a place to pay and park your car. We have stayed in a lot of places in Gatlinburg over the years and this is our favorite place to stay.

I have stayed at this location 5 times within a year and love it. It is a home away from home. It is at a good location, just a walk to town. You don't have to get in your car and go pay for parking, just walk from the condo to town. I hope some day I will be able to purchase a place there of my own.

The location was great...we could walk anywhere we wanted to go. The rooms where beautifully decorated. There were designer linens on the beds! The fireplace was nice. There were three TV's...everybody could watch what they wanted. The only down side was the railing on the balcony seemed a little weak, so I didn't let the kids get too close. But overall it was a wonderful experience.
