King in master with 2 person whirlpool, full bath with washer/dryer, 2 queen beds in 2nd bedroom with full bath, living room with fireplace, private balcony, kitchen with all appliances and cooking utensils. All linen is provided. Unit is non smoking. Pets are not allowed! Television and DVD player is in each room. Walking distance to Parkway is approximately 5 minutes. Trolley stop is in front of our lobby.. Seasonal heated pool and hot tub located on the property, on site fitness center and complimentary high speed wireless internet. We have a large selection of DVD's, assorted video games, and XBOX game consoles at the main desk. Movies and games can be rented for a small fee.

The Condos as spacious, clean and very comfortable. Our bed this year was excellent. Usually they throw you out by the early morning. We slept in each day. We always rent two rooms. This was the worst room ever. We felt like we were in an inexpensive motel. We had a backed up drain. The bathroom had hair and whatever else in the corners. The beds slept horrible. The mattresses were so uncomfortable. The bedding was so out of date and worn out looking. Instead of feeling excited about the one vacation we look so forward to each each year, this year was so dissappointing. I will make sure that when we book next year, we do not get this room again or any like it, or we will find another place to stay. We love staying here and I am so sorry for being so honest, however, I paid a lot of money to stay in a room that was so dissappointing. |

As an owner of an in ground pool, the pool should be no more than 86 deg. It was 94 those days and no one could cool off because the pool was to hot. You will always have someone complaining about the temp. Determine what it should be and leave it. Very nice pool area but couldn't enjoy it the last day we were there. |

Stayed for 3 days in October, 2009 air conditioner froze up our first night - got very hot making the group in our condo sick. called front desk next morning - problem resolved with cool air the rest of our stay but we were all still sick. not really enough towels even though there was a washer and dryer - made it hard to put a load on in the morning and have to come back in to put things in dryer so we would have it for the night. had to go buy soap, softer toilet tissue, kleenex, etc. that is usually provided at other places we've stayed. would have been nice to know what all we would need before we arrived. |
