Great location with accessibility to downtown, Capitol Hill and rental car locations if you need it. Only about 20 mins from airport. Nice views and nice rooftop deck to take in the city skyline.

I would encourage to company to offer a free room cleaning to guests who are staying for long periods like I am. I stayed here for 3 months, but was told I would have to pay $60 each time I wanted the apartment cleaned. I understand a few weeks, but I think that 3 months is too long to go wtihout haveing it cleaned.

Generally, we had a nice time during our stay in unit 1305. The only nuisance problem we ran into was the steam heat, which was too much and impossible to reduce except by opening the window (which was not screened. Opening the window subjected us to noise from the freeway, which runs past the building.

But if what you need is just a bed and bath with some kitchen facilities thrown in for good measure, it will serve very nicely.

Cluttered, hot, and on the freeway

This upper floor apartment was stifling in winter and the windows could barely be opened. One was screwed shut but I took the screws out to try to get a little air. There was a huge wardrobe across from the closet, barely enough room to pass between them. The freeway, right under my room, was very noisy, even at night.

unfortunately a little loud, as located next to a highway. This would not be a problem with great windows, but unfortunately, the window had to stay open a crack for the A/C vent.

Good location - Broken washing machine

The location was wonderful but be sure to ask if the washing machine works if you're a traveling light. Also, if you forgot to bring your guide books don't worry. Look in a drawer. You're bound to find bus times, event information, and other helpful pieces of info other guests left in the room.

I absolutely loved the room and the view! There was an issue with the air conditioner and it leaking all over the floor, but it was resolved. Love the washer/dryer in the room. Wish there was BETTER PARKING!! Overall, a great place!

The apartment was clean and located a short walk from downtown. We did not have a car which probably made our stay in Seattle not as much fun. We were still able to see a lot within the city limits. This was our first time using this kind of service but check in was easy and flexible and made our west coast trip a great experience.

It was an average experience.
Code to the lockbox with the key was wrong and there was no onsite property manager, we had to scramble to get a phone and sort it out - as an international guest.
The layout of the room is decent, however there was an extra cabinet in front of the bathroom that's obviously there for storage - everyone had to squeeze pass it to get to the bathroom.
It was a convenient location however facing the I-5 highway so it was noisy - we can't hear each other if we have the window open, which was sub-optimal for the summer.

Our stay at the Elektra was ok. The system to retrieve keys was not very user friendly. Also our room did not have any blinds or curtains hung up so we were up with the sun everyday. I do not feel that the photos we saw online accuratly depicted the place we stayed. Also the elevator was broken the entire time. We asked several others that were staying there or lived there and they noted it was a common occurance. I woudl not stay at this location again. The only promising thing is that it was within walking distance to the Pier. We never spoke to the property manager after we booked our stay.

This guest stayed as we were finishing up a minor remodel. Since this guest's stay we have added blinds as well as curtains.

The only good thing was the location. I was not given any instructions on how to get there or the code to get in the door. The bathroom was dirty, and dirt on the floor. I ended up cutting my stay short due to my dissatisfaction. I asked to be refunded for only staying one night and was declined. I would not recomend this place to anyone.

Small but Clean and Convenient!

This property is small, but its location is excellent! You are very very very close to the convention center right in the downtown area. We saved lots of money by staying in this apartment compared to the hotel prices surrounding us. The apartment was small but very clean. In a way, it was kind of cute!
