THIS CABIN WAS WONDERFUL, IT WAS EVERYTHING IT WAS PORTRAYED 2 B ONLINE.THERE WERE A COUPLE OF MINOR MAINTAINENCE ISSUES WITH THE DISHWASHER (RETAINING WATER) & A LEAK IN THE BATHROOM THAT WERE REPORTED TO PROPERTY MANAGER FOR REPAIR. OTHER THAN THAT WE HAD A BLAST & ENJOYED IT TO THE HIGHEST.WOULD LUV 2 GO AGAIN & WE PROBABLY WILL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. "SPOKESPERSON FOR PARTY OF EIGHT"

Thanks for a wonderful experience. My children were at out done once again. I just had a couple of things that I would like to address. They spiderwebs in the house. I can understand them outside, but inside need to be addressed. Also on the linen. Have you thought about having the linen cleanned and wrapped so that tenant would know the linen is fresh. The extra night stay, when someone isn't able to stay that extra night would it be nice to credit them that night for up to six months or a year. This would ensure a return visit. Just a few thoughts that may help. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We enjoyed or stay, but the water was dirty and we unable to use the jaccuzi tubs. I was told they had been or are working on water lines. Hot tub was real foamy, possibly from excess bromide.

The first day the water was fine. But on the second day the kids had to take mudbaths! Nasty brown water. Couldn't cook, drink, or wash in it. Other than that the stay was great. I just don't know what was up with the water problem. The cabin seems to be smaller than it appears in the pictures on the website. It was very clean however and comfortable. The Roland digital piano was awesome. The 2 master suites was a plus and 4 bathrooms a major plus.

I was impressed with the gated entrance, but wasn't the most impressed by the cabin's location. I was VERY disappointed when I used the jacuzzi tub in our room and saw how dirty the water was. I could not believe that the water was actually brown and left a very disgusting dirty film in the tub. I had my children in the tub giving them a bath and felt that they were probably not clean after being in there. I had to get in the tub and wash it out for the next use. Not the best experience in the world.

Mountain Music looked clean upon entering, but we soon found out the property was dirty and had a rodent problem. In the kitchen there were mouse traps under the sink, mouse droppings in the drawers, and a disgusting smell coming from under the sink and from the dryer area when it was on. Cob webs were on the walls all over the cabin and spider webs in just about every corner--with spiders in them! Although we liked the cabin itself, we were displeased with the cleanliness of it. We are repeat customers with American Mountain Rentals and will rent from you again, we will not rent Mountain Music.

This was our first vacation to Tennessee. We decided we'd like to try something different than our usual beach vacation. I'm so glad we did! The cabin was secluded from everywhere. It was very peaceful, the weather was perfect and it was just cool enough to have a fire most nights and early mornings. After talking to the family, (ages 8 thru 37) we've decided this will become a Spring Break tradition. We had such a great time, a lot of nice family time we don't always get at home! I would definitely recommend this cabin to friends and fact I have!

We enjoyed our stay at Mountain Music. The only problem we had was entering the security gate. Sometimes the code did not work which was an inconvience. Location was great and the unit was very private.
