A nice experience in the mountains. A guest from Pensacola, FL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in December, 2012 I enjoyed the sites and burning the fire wood. I burned a lot and the woood was easy to get to with the snow falling. The jacuzi tub had scum around the jets and a black substance on the bottom of the tub. There was areas in the pet friendly cabin that had pee dried on the furniture and the carpet. A poor assortment of dishes. No starter items in the cabin. No washer or dryer but they did give us enough towels to last a life time. Overall not a bad stay we were happy, the view blew us away. |

I had promised my wife a good view of teh mountains this year and i have to admit that it is truly breathtaking. However, all the excitemnent eroded quickly after looking around at the physical condition of the property; the water damage along the wall and the ceiling in the great room, under the bathroom cabinet, at and around the hot tub that my wife would not get into because of the condition, and most of all, the structural safety issues that exist in the decking along the side of the house. As the railing has pulled away, so have the teco hangers that the deck joist are resting in. The teco hangers have pulled out at least an inch amnd there is only about 1/8" of the joist sitting in the hanger. I did not let my wife see this as she probably would really have wanted to leave. I am a guy so I did not mind roughing it, but my wife had expectations that we were staying in a place that had been maintained. Remember, a happy wife is a happy life |

The hot tub was nice and overlooked the mountains. Out only complaints would be the Sauna did not heat up very fast and from the Jacuzzi in the room you could not see the mountains. The place was a little outdated and could have been cleaned a bit better, the shower curtain was dirty and the place definitively needed painted. Paint was peeling off of the walls. However, we did really enjoy our stay and would recommend the cabin for future Gatlinburg visitors. |

We initially needed guidance to get there because our gps wouldn't pick up on the location. Its on the outskirts of town, yet there are neighboring chalets close by. There is some seclusion and we had a beautiful view off the back deck. There was a little water damage on the ceiling in the living room area and a door knob had to be replaced while there, but the chalet was very clean and maintenence was very prompt. Everyone was very accomodating and it was a very memorable experience. |

Easy to find...with our GPS as the mountain road system is complex. Instructions provided were clear though. I used the hot tub daily. Owner could have provided more than one coat hanger although another user might have taken some. The furniture was fine and the interior very pretty. The deck provided a wonderful view but needed a little TLC...mostly cosmetic. I used the hot tub daily and I like it a little hotter and didn't know how to adjust it. However, others might have found it just right. At night the stars were beautiful from the tub. There is a dramatic giant jacuzzi indoors and also a sauna, neither of which we used. The town's commercialism caught us off guard and seemed a little tacky. However, our eyes adjusted and we enjoyed two shows in two wonderful theatres. A shopper's paradise I guess. The national park is nearby and the world-class drives through it are amazing...spectacular! We could walk our dog daily on a trail five minutes from the house by car. We needed to unwind and Peaches 'N Cream was a terrific house to spend time in. (Update the TV a little although it worked fine. Not there to TV watch, however.) The homes in the area are amazing in themselves, coming in a great variety of sizes and styles and perched on the mountain side. Very quiet which we appreciated. |

There were wasp in the cabin up around the window, the veiw was fantastic though. The light didn't work in the Sauna and some of the paint was cracked on the wall. I was not so impressed about the neighbor being so close, but I did book this cabin a few days before the actual trip. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend the rental company to a freind as well as use them again in the future. |

It was a last minute booking & we needed a dog friendly property. Our top priorities in selecting a property are usually privacy & outdoor hot tub w/ a great mtn view. From photos, this appeared to have great view & privacy; however, it is located on Ski Mtn, so it?s essentially surrounded by other chalets. It is not a mtn getaway ? it?s essentially like being in a neighborhood with accompanying issues - no privacy to speak of, noise, lights, streetlights, etc. Property was very clean, but rather run down ? hot tub was old, & was so cold the first night we couldn?t use it; lights/fans did not work in den, b/r; mattress was worn out, headboard loose; old, small TVs- basic cable ? no wifi. We contacted mgmt the next a.m. re: the hot tub & lights/fans ? asked if we could try to change the thermostat- they said no ? someone would have to be sent out to fix it. We left a note on the hot tub cover re: the problem. When we got back that evening, lights/fans were working; hot tub hadn?t been touched. Called back & they didn?t have record of the hot tub needing repair?? They did send someone out again that night & it was just a matter of turning up the thermostat (had to be done manually ?no control on top) ? very friendly service man ? asked if there was anything else he could help us with before he left. Problem was - we essentially lost 2 nights in the HT & I was very much looking forward to soaking away some stress. Positives ? very close to town; very clean; plenty of firewood. Bottom line ? I can?t recommend this property, but the company was helpful/friendly. |

Stayed for 3 days in October, 2010 We had stayed in the next door cabin a couple of years ago and had decided that the one next door (Peaches "N Cream) had a better view. It does have a nice view. Cons: It appears the decorater was afraid that all of thier customers were going to steal anything that was of any value and therefore literally decorated on a dime. Pretty much everything on the wall and in the cabin is cheap. This includes a miniscule conventual tv in the bedroom and not one much better in the living room. Cheap mattress..flea market dishes..I normally don't mind paying $160.00 a night for a nice cabin..but in this case..I felt like I stayed in a cheap motel! |

We were married in Gatlinburg and stayed there while we had a weekend getaway to plan the wedding and then again for our honeymoon. For our wedding our whole family was there and we also rented what use to be a chalet next door I beleive it was called a Little bit of Heaven, which is no more. We have alot of great memories there and were excited about our stay, however was very disapointed in the condition of the chalet that we loved. It needs alot of work. The are water stains,holes in ceiling,& stained carpet. On our stay I received a phone call that we needed to pay a pet deposit, when we did't have any pets!!! If I had brought our pet I would have paid the deposit when I set up the rental agreement on-line. My husband & I have both agreed that we won't stay at the chalet again. We will take our business to another company and spend our hard earned money on something much nicer. It was rather depressing seeing the chalet in that condition. Not the same Peaches & Cream it use to be!!! |

There was food splashed across the kitchen cabinets, dust an inch thick on the bathroom light fixtures, carpet was badly stained. The hot tub had boards falling off it's enclosure. Needless to say, we did not use it. I do not expect to drive 20 miles every other day to exchange towels. As you know, there are more than 20 stop lights between your office and our unit. We did not travel from Ohio to Tennessee for this kind of inconvenience to our day. Our trip was intended to be spent hiking, bicycling, enjoying The Great Smokey Mountains, NOT to find ourselves tied up in traffic over washcloths. We recommend you consider our comments and consider a change in your policies regarding linens and housekeeping. This note is not intended to be unkind, but to help you improve your establishment. I checked in and then went and bought 130.00 dollars worth of groceries at the Wal-Mart and went to the cabin with only ONE bed. We had to stay one night because it was to late to find something else. I had to children on the loveseat and the other two had to sleep on the floor. We were refunded our money minus one nights stay plus all the groceries that would not make it back to Indiana. This was my childrens first vacation without their mother and we all had a terrible time. This is not at all what it was supposed to be when I made the reservation. Of course in the mountains, the further you travel upward, the better your view, as was the case with this cabin. We were not dissapointed! The fan in the bedroom was wobbling badly and very noisy. There was an abundance of lady bugs, although noted in the guide to expect some of them. The hot tub was very dirty, we had to clean it before we could get into it. The ceiling leaked, we had to clean up water. We thought there was a washer and dryer, that wasn't the case. To have to drive back to your office to pick up clean towels is ridiculous!!! You should bring them to your guests. The kitchen utensils are not in good shape. The tv in the bedroom...a joke! We would not recommend this property and if it hadn't taken us nearly 2 hours to get there because of traffic and having to stop and pick up groceries, after picking up the keys, we would've asked for a refund. Jean was very helpful, but we were very disappointed in the chalet. The pictures are very misleading and unless you are going to give a complimentary stay, in another chalet...we will not be back! |

There were also some cob webs here and there. On the whole, it was nice though, but again, I would rent the Heavenly one if I get a chance to go to the Smokey Mountains again. There were dead wasp and other insects on carpet that had obviously be vaccumed. Plaster had fallen from the ceiling because of a leak in the roof. The hot tub is in the worst condition I have ever seem for a functioning hot tub. In, general the overall maintenance of the site is not good. The door onto the deck stuck when opened. The ice maker in refrigerator did not work. We had a wonderfull week, but the property could use some fixing up. |

No apology, no refund, no I'm sorry. Do not stay here. I will never stay with these people again. They do not care about you. All they want is your money.
