Disappointing. Wendy F. from New York, NY does not recommend this property. Stayed for 57 days in August, 2009 Although not as described on the website, I am reluctant to criticize the property as much as the management company. I found dealing with Luxury Casita a terribly unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would not recommend renting this property or any other managed by Luxury Casita of Santa Fe. |

Kristina K. from ALbuquerque, NM recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in August, 2009 This is a very cozy casita and had everything we needed for 2 nights EXCEPT a corkscrew. We were very happy there. We would recommend installing window screens b/c most nights in NM do not require air conditioning and the windown unit is quite loud. Open windows are really all you need at night. That said, we would definitely rent this unit again. (It really is only big enough for 2 people.) Thank you. |

E.Palace Charmer! A guest from Taylor, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2009 What a location!!! This charming little vrbo is a short, beautiful downhill walk to the Santa Fe plaza along either Palace or the famous Canyon Road. It is just a block away from the relaxing outdoor patio at the Teahouse on Canyon. We loved it - we didn't have to drive anywhere for three days! Only two concerns - the parking was tight (good thing we drive a little Honda) and the shower drain was slow. |

Great Spot Some Glitches A guest from Albuquerque, NM recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2009 Casita in a great location - almost a hundred dollar cleaning fee for two day stay - luckily the rate was discounted. Confirmation from Prop. Man. Came the day I was leaving. Had to call a couple of times to get directions and door code. The cable and Internet were out of order while I was there - but once again the discounted rate helped. |

Unresponsive manager Neelam S. from Ikiah, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2009 the manager was BAD. he said the property was 1/2 mile from the plaza- not true. it was further upo a steep road off the road- it was cute and nice- owners had done a good job-manager not responsive- could not find the place- would not call back- I reported him to the Santa Fe city - the TV didi not work - we wanted to move to a hotel and he would not call backfor 30 hours- finally he texted me the night before we were leaving. I spoke witht he owners- they have tried to have a nice place which was not as clean or managed as well as it should have. |

Great location - close to historic district, yet quiet. Robyn R. from Silverton, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2009 We arrived in the evening and could have used better directions regarding location - there are several houses on same driveway, same address. A couple little amenities would have made a big difference-rug by bed(stone floor) & cabinet around or mat under refrigerator-it vibrated noisily so we unplugged every night. Overall great experience. |

Disappointing A guest from Evanston, IL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2009 Photo and information, misleading, small room, no storage. Tub backed up and sandy floor, Porch light out not fixed and resulted in pitch black outside making it dangerous and difficult to enter at night. Asked before booking ifif there was reading light, told there was and all there is are glaring can lights in ceiling. Owner came pounding on the door at 8:30 AM on weekend, rude and wanting to know what we were doing there. Did not apologize.Property manager finally brought floor lamp, drain cleaner us to apply; fixed outdoor grill. Would have paid a few dollars more if we had been aware of the lack of space, seating and difficulty for two people. It did not enhance , but detracted from our 4 night stay, would have been impossible to stay any longer. |

Great Espcape! Margaret R. from Alpine, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2009 We had a great stay, loved our little casita! It's quite & comfy- great bed. Our only suggestion would be more hot water. But the tranquil patio more than made up for 'speedy' showers. Highly recommended. |
