Great location for beach and pool. Easy access on Kiawah - just a quick drive to Freshfields. Kitchen lovely and fully equipped with quality cooking tools (range, pots/pans, knives, etc.) Very inviting and comfortable decor. Note that the dining table only seats four. Will return, for sure!

Obviously, a lot of expense went into decorations. On our next trip, we would likely select a unit that was a little less formal and perhaps with a little less furniture. All contact with PH office staff has been very pleasant experience. Employees were polite and very helpful...I'm impressed.

We loved these Sparrow Pond Cottages. It had a perfect number of rooms including a remodeled kitchen, master bathroom and a large laundry room. There was every utensil and appliance we needed, including an indoor grill! One problem we had was that the deck, gas grill and furniture outside were very dirty and needed much sweeping and cleaning, so we were unable to use them. Also there were initially some bugs in the house but this issue was quickly addressed by the management. Overall the location near the pool, beach and the Straw Market were excellent. Would definitely return to the same cottages when coming back to Kiawah.

There was barely room for the five of us with all the furniture in the cottage. There needs to be a bedroom with two twins. Three bedrooms with three queen beds seems odd. We have a family of five which meant one of our children (all 16 yrs of age or older)had to sleep on the couch.

We loved the condo. We have stayed at several different locations in Kiawah and this was the nicest unit so far. It was decorated so nicely and really felt like home. We loved having access to the pool and the walk to the beach was not too far.
