A 50% booking deposit is required to secure reservation. The remaining fee is required eight weeks prior to arrival. If cancelled within this eight week period, no refund can be made unless the cottage can be re-booked, for which every effort will be made. If cancelled before eight weeks there will be a $50.00 cancellation fee. A $300.00 damage deposit (fully refundable) is also due on your arrival. If you provide us with a cheque, we will hold it until the end of your holiday, at which time it will be returned to you. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include tax.
