Holmewood House is a very warm and welcoming home for family get-together, celebrations or visiting England and is fantastic located with all Sussex countryside attractions such as Nymens Gardens, Wakehurst Place, Sheffield Park.
The house is one of the largest in an elevated position in a cul de sac of 14 similar luxury homes and it's in a very safe area. Golf course is just 5 min.away.
Brighton with its world famous regency Pavilion, Pier, beaches, Marina and the Lanes are within 15 miles. For day trips within 1 hours travelling consider London, Arundel castle, Windsor castle and Leeds castle. The house is very private as although it's in a development of similar houses it's not overlooked.

The house is conveniently located midway between Gatwick Airport and the coastal city of Brighton. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside yet only 2 minutes from the A23-M23 junction enabling easy access to the south east of England including London.
The M23/A23 runs through the east of the county from Waterloo in London all the way to Brighton. Other major roads are the A272 which runs east to west, and the A27 which does the same but closer to the coast; the A272 going through the middle of the county.
Along the majority of the coast can be found the A259, which is often used as an alternate route to the A27.
