All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Besides: chemist, doctor. Ballindalloch Castle 24 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Inverness (INV) 51 km, Aberdeen (ABZ) 122 km. The town square is the venue of many open air pipe band performances and fetes throughout the season. Many historic buildings and also a museum to visit. Bonfire/fireworks extravaganza in November and torchlight procession in December.
