2-family house "Casa Petra", built in 2007. In the resort 6 km from the centre of Moncofa, 60 m from the sea, located by a road. For shared use: grounds 400 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (4 x 6 m, 01.05.-30.09.). Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace (16 m2), barbecue, parking in the grounds. Shop 6 km, grocers 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station 2 km, sandy beach 1 km pebble beach 60 m. Please note: There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Property ref. ES9662.150.2 is situated on the same grounds. Moncofa Playa is situated 1 km walk away (6 km by road). The owner uses the apartment above the house, every so often. Shared area with 2 sun loungers available.
