Casa Orengianio is a lovely village house with a roof terrace, set in the historic hilltop village of Haut de Cagnes, only 15 minutes from Nice airport and 5 minutes drive from the beach. The village has around 10 restuarants, one of them with a star in the famous Guide Michelin. The 13th century castle and the "Place du Chateau" dominate this charming medieval site. Casa Orengianio is a centrally situated, traditional stone house, featuring old stone floors, dark ceiling beams, and white walls. It has recently been renovated, and redecorated in Provencal style, using both modern quality furniture and local antiques. The top floor living-room is furnished like a hotel suite, with both a double bed, and a sitting area in front of the fireplace. This room is air-conditioned. The house is equipped with wireless internet, a well as a satellite TV/DVD set. The master bedroom on the middle floor sleeps two in a double bed consisting of two single beds. The adjacent, open little room sleeps two in a bunk bed. The new built kitchen and the dining room are on the ground floor. There is a shower room with a toilet on the middle floor. The house has two outdoor spaces. From the top floor, a staircase leads up to the roof terrace with a stunning 360 degree view to the sea, the mountains, and the old village. Outside the kitchen, there is a dining table and chairs. A couple of steps further down, there is a small "garden", also available to guests of the house.

Rental period is normally Sunday-Sunday, check in/check out as above, but we try to be as flexible as we can. The rate includes utilities and wireless internet. Final cleaning is € 50. Linen are € 20 per person. There is also a security deposit of € 500, paid on arrival and reimbursed on departure if everything is OK.
