A nice large outdoor area furnished with a pergola is accessible from the kitchen and is ideal for al-fresco dining surrounding by the peace of the Tuscan landscape.

The villa is provided with air-conditioning, mosquito nets on all windows and a large garage with laundry (accessible directly by the villa).
