VILLA SERVICES
A team of 12, supervised by our Guest Relations Manager, oversees your villa and stay.
The staff will visit your villa twice a day, unless you advise otherwise and attend to any needs you may have to ensure your stay with us is exceptional.

*Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 10.30am, although early arrival and late departure may be possible on request subject to availability.
*Please note the rates are exclusive of 10% service charge and 7% local tax
*Rates include the following services:
- Rates inclusive of airport transfers & continental breakfast
- Minimum stay of 3 nights standard/5 nights season & 14 nights Xmas/New Year
- Includes the service of our villa manageress, staff (housekeeping & gardener) and there is a full-time Chef at guests disposal
- Food & wine supply on purchase cost plus 15% handling/admin, or minimum $10 handling fee per shopping
- Welcome package of food & drink, fresh fruit & flowers
- Fresh linen every 3 days, towels as needed
- No charge for children's cot
- Extra person charge over 8 persons at US$50++ per person
- Additional services can be provided at commercial charge for car hire, transportation, tours and trips, flights
