This large stone built Perigourdine style house is in a tiny hamlet above the village of Urval
close to the Dordogne river. It has been restored to create a spacious,comfortable home in
an ideal location for discovering the delights of the Perigord region.
The front door leads on to a sitting room with exposed stone and large fireplace. The kitchen
and separate utility are very well equipped. Also on the ground floor is a second less formal sitting room and a separate dining room, both with exposed stone work and open fireplaces,
and a bathroom and WC. Upstairs there are three pretty bedrooms, a dressing room and a shower with WC. Opposite the house is the private swimming pool and garden with both open and covered eating areas. A large well equiped property , very centrally located for visiting all the sites

The house can sleep 6 people but there is a reduced price of euros 875 in mid season if
party size does nort exceed 4 people.
