The top level great room is filled with floor to ceiling ocean views. Enjoy a quiet dinner in the dining area with neighboring sun room, or relax in the living area with cozy furnishings, 55" flat screen TV/DVD, and stereo/CD player. The loft with a futon and telescope to watch for oncoming ships is just a few steps away, and the sun decks are a perfect spot to kick back and enjoy a cool ocean breeze. For an easy-going respite with beautiful ocean views, it’s hard to beat ATLANTICA.

Improvements made for the 2012 season include new wooden flooring in kitchen and great room, new great room and dining furniture, new 55" flat screen TV, new furnishings in one bedroom and the screened porch has been converted to a sun room with new flooring and windows. Many Improvements were made for the 2011 season including a nicely finished game room with brand new beverage fridge. The game room is now accessible from within the house through newly added interior stairs and also allows convenient unloading of your car through the outside door to the undercover parking. The home has been refurbished with all new dishes, glasses, Keurig Coffeemaker and new comforters in all bedrooms. The entrance area now offers more room for storage as the washer/dryer have been move into a new laundry room downstairs. A baseboard has been added to the upper level deck railing for improved safety for small children and small dogs. The exterior walls have been refurbished and newly painted.|
