To access Kitchen & Bathroom, walk through well-maintained 15ft hall-way to another entrance door.
Share large, sunny Kitchen, extra Living-Area with deep garden views, & clean Bathroom with one person only.
My roommate is a pleasant, very busy 30 year old female creative professional. You would share with her if you take this rental.

Greenpoint is an attractive, historical Polish village located only 15-20mins from Manhattan by train or 5mins+ by car. Spectacular riverside park with incredible views of Manhattan skyline is about 4-5 blocks away.
We are 5 blocks from Williamsburg, with an abundance of cafes, bars, restaurants, vintage boutiques, even a skateboard store with a half-pipe, bowling alley/bar & the highest concentration of live-music venues in NYC.
Long Island City, Queens is a 5-10min bus-ride away: PS 1 modern art museum, Noguchi Museum, Sculpture Center, 5 Pointz artists' studio, Silvercup Studios & Watertaxi Beach with DJ parties in summer.
Greenpoint can be a night-life getaway or a quiet refuge. it's the home of many Brooklyn writers, filmmakers, artists & musicians.

10 blocks to L (Bedford Ave) or a 5min bus-ride, bus stop 2 short blocks from apt
5mins by bus north to Long Island City & 5-10min connection to 7, E, V trains: Grand Central, Bryant Park, Midtown
By Car - we are connected to Manhattan via the Williamsburg bridge (takes you to the Lower East Side) or the 59th St bridge (takes you into the heart of the Upper East Side).
