This light and contemporary condominium has everything to make your next vacation truly memorable. It was completely remodeled in 2010/2011, including new furnishings from Bend Furniture and Design, Crate & Barrel, and Dania. There are travertine floors throughout the condo, new carpets in all bedrooms, and new Hunter Douglas Duett shades on all windows.



The showcase of this condo is the kitchen, with it's stainless steel appliances, granite counters, maple cabinets, and incredible lighting. Mingle around the island and it's new bar stools to enjoy drinks and appetizers. You can create a culinary masterpiece as this kitchen comes with all the small appliances, new copper pots 'n pans, and utensils you will need; plus it has Insta-Hot water for that quick cup of tea. The 4-burner ceramic-topped stove has adjustable burner sizes, plus a warming drawer below the oven. Relax at the new recycled wood dining room table, complete with 6 leather chairs. After dinner, enjoy Blu-ray movies in the living room, wihch is equipped with a 50-nch 1080 lasma TV and Bose sound system. A see-throught gas log fireplace provides additonal ambiance.



There are two master suites on the second floor. The main master has a maple platform king bed and new sectional sofa that is perfect for readng, snuggling with your loved one, or watching Blu-ray movies on the 46-inch 1080 plasma TV with 5.1 surround sound. The other master suite has it's own 37-inch wall-mounted plasma TV and DVD player, plus two swivel chairs for reading and a desk for working (you can use the unit's Wi-Fi network if you must work while on vacation). The downstairs bedroom, with a queen bronze metal bed, also has it's own 32-inch swivel-mounted plasma TV. All the bedrooms have custom-built closets with ample storage; there are both shelves and hanging areas in all closets. All three bathrooms have been redone with new cabinets/sinks/faucets, marble counters, and travertine showers. The master bath includes a separate hand-held shower and multiple body sprays.



Complete your perfect day with a soak in the new hot tub, with it's private deck, as you gaze into the enchanting night sky. In the summer, enjoy the warm Central Oregon sun as you grill on the BBQ. Have an outdoor dinner party on the patio table complete with a view of the Woodlands Golf Course.



The Woodlands Golf Course pro shop and North swimming pool are located just a few steps from this condo. Our guests also can use the Eaglewood pool, open in the summer, which is located right outside the front door. Garage not available in winter.

Leaving Bend, travel south on Bend Pkwy/US-97/OR-97 for approximately 12 miles. Take exit 153 for S Century Dr toward Sunriver and turn right at S Century Dr. Continue to follow S Century Dr to the round about where you will take the first right onto Abbot Dr. Turn right again at Beaver Dr, then turn into the 2nd parking lot on the left and you will find Village Properties located in Building 5 of the Village Mall.

Driving directions to Village Properties from La Pine (Approx 14 mi – about 20 mins)

Leaving La Pine, travel north on OR-97 for approximately 11 miles. Take exit 153 for S Century Dr toward Sunriver. Turn left at S Century Dr/Lava Cast Forest Rd/NFD 9720 Rd.
