Centrally located within minutes to Universal Studios, Burbank and Hollywood Blvd, this approximately 1900 square feet single level home has been totally remodeled and updated. The living space is light and open with a 2 sided fireplace between the large living room and formal dining room and beyond that a tiled family room, opens to the landscaped yard through double sets of french doors. Both bedrooms are spacious, one has a four poster king bed and the other a queen and each bedroom has its own remodeled full bathroom with tub and shower. The fully equipped kitchen has new granite counter tops in a peach/grey color with mexican paver style floors and a dining table in the kitchen area for breakfast and casual dining. There is powder room off the kitchen.
The family room has a double sleeper sofa, a single sleeper chair and an adjoining optional 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined to make an additional king bed if needed.
Close to Metro rail, NOHO Arts district, great restaurants, shopping and theaters.
Easy access to Hollywood and Ventura freeways.

The house can also be rented with adjoining 3rd bedroom or attached guest house with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths for extended family groups. Please inquire.

Quoted rates are for first 4 guests, Additional guests $15/night each.
No charge for children 2 years of age and under.
Lodging taxes apply on all stays of less than 31 days.
Cleaning fee: $125 for first 4 guests, additional guests $5 each.
Additional adjoining 3rd bedroom is $25/night, $150/week.
Additional adjoining guest house is $165-$180/night, $1075-1200/week
3 night minimum unless we have 2 open nights between other reservations..Major holidays 1 week minimum required
