Cancellation Policy:
Up to 5 weeks ahead deposit less $50 is refunded. within 5 weeks of rental, the rental amount is not refunded unless I can rent condo for the same days. If rented for less days that portion of rental money will be refunded. If there is a mandatory evacuation, all rental money will be refunded or the portion of lost days.

Terms and Conditions:
Deposit holds reservation and is refundable upon departure. Rental money is due in full 5 weeks ahead of arrival.
