It is regularly used by the owners so does not have the rental accomodation feel to it.

Includes private indoor parking space with easy access to the apartment. Garage located in same block as apartment.

Apartment is on the ground floor so the terrace is not a confined space but opens out into the gardens and is near enough to the swimming pool to have easy access to it but far enough so as to have your own private space. Both the bedrooms and the lounge/dining room have access to the terraces, gardens and pool without having to use the front door.

Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Beach umbrella and two chairs provided for your trips to the beautiful beaches around the area.
