The heart of the town is on the shores of beautiful Lake Dillon. Sailing is world class at the highest marina in the U.S. Even in winter, the views over Lake Dillon are incomparable. From Dillon you can see the Ten Mile Range, Gore Range, the Continental Divide and the Mountains of Keystone Resort. Just minutes away from this centrally located town, are Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, Vail and Beaver Creek Mountain Resorts. These world-renowned areas offer skiing in winter, golf in the summer and many activities and events. Additional winter activities include nearby cross-country skiing, sleigh rides, ice skating, sledding and tubing. In the summer in Dillon you can hop right on the bike path and ride all around the lake, to Keystone, to Breckenridge and even to Vail.
