Vacation Condo Rental Description:


Walk to Park City Mountain Resort from this ground floor condominium. Full kitchen, dining table for four, amenities including fireplace and common area hot tub and heated pool. Free high speed wireless Internet is available as well. Sleeps 4 guests in a Queen and a sofa sleeper. This is a non-smoking property.

***Construction on Empire Avenue is scheduled to start April 15 and is expected to be completed by July 5, with the possibility of a June finish. Empire Avenue will be closed to traffic from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on weekdays during most of the construction. Full road closures are scheduled during the first three or four weeks. No work is planned on the weekends. Drivers may experience delays while the crews are working
