Great Location! Walk to lifts! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condominium is located on first level, and is close to free shuttle, grocery store and Park City Mountain Resort. TV/DVD/VCR/Stereo Wood-burning fireplace in the Living room. Wall mount TV in the Bedroom. Common area, outdoor hot tub and swimming pool. Sleeps 4, queen, sofa- sleeper. A non-smoking, moderate property.
***Construction on Empire Avenue is scheduled to start April 15 and is expected to be completed by July 5, with the possibility of a June finish. Empire Avenue will be closed to traffic from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on weekdays during most of the construction. Full road closures are scheduled during the first three or four weeks. No work is planned on the weekends. Drivers may experience delays while the crews are working
