Lakeside townhomes are located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley and is walking distance to the free city-wide shuttle bus stop, providing guests easy access to Deer Valley Resort, as well as Park City Mountain Resort, Canyons, Historic Main Street and many other popular destinations.

The upgrades of this property include all new carpet and tile floors, new paint and window treatments throughout, as well as new granite counters in the kitchen, new washer/dryer and all three bathrooms have been completely remodeled. ***Deer Valley Drive between the Old Town roundabout and the intersection with Deer Valley Drive North will be under construction beginning the end of April with a scheduled completion date of mid-October. The work will be halted during major events such as the 4th of July celebrations, the Park City Kimball Arts Festival, the Tour of Utah bicycle race and Labor Day weekend. There is a possibility the road will be closed at some points during the work. Drivers may experience some delays while the crews are working.
