Come and enjoy this cute lower 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom duplex that?s just 3 houses from the beach! This lower unit features a spacious outdoor patio, dishwasher and new granite countertops in the bathroom and kitchen.
The living room has two couches, coffee table and TV. There is a dining table that seats four and additional seating for three at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has new granite countertops, dual sink, dishwasher and plenty of cabinet space to store food.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser and TV. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. The couch in the living room converts to a full size sleeper sofa. There is one full bathroom with new countertops and shower-tub.
The outdoor patio has a table that seats four, hot/cold shower for rinsing off sand and a gas BBQ, perfect for cooking for family and friends.
There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the garage and parking for one car with extra storage for bikes, surfboards and other beach gear.

Tired dirty rental unit that needs a makeover L Allison S. from Clayton, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 We stayed in this unit a few years ago and it was nice at the time. On our stay this month, the mattresses are old and very soft, the floor was FILTHY, the kitchen has only a few items (6 plates and 4 very small bowls), the sofas were old & dirty, etc. The place has the feeling that it has been sorely neglected and only minimal maintenance (if any) has been done. They installed a smoke detector next to the bathroom, which set off a screeching alarm when the shower was on. For $2500 for a week's stay, this unit was far below our expectations. When I told the rental staff of our unsatisfactory experience both the first day and upon checking out she said 'no worries, have a nice day!' Really? This is your property management's customer satisfaction & problem solving response? Won't be back. Won't refer this unit to a friend. |

I would pick another unit next time. Debbie M. from Simi Valley, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2009 We stayed in the lower unit and we could hear everything in the upper unit. I would never rent a unit with someone on the upper unit. Furniture moving at 1:30 a.m., arguments, dog barking. The property next door was to close and their front door was at the master bedroom of our unit, we could hear them talking and their t.v. until early morning. The sleeper was very uncomfortable, sinking in the middle with a bar in your back. Needs a ceiling fan in the living room and a screen door for air. Gets very warm in the afternoon. The rest of the unit was great though. Large living room, kitchen set up nicely. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2007 It was a wonderful vacation. we love newport beach. the rental gave us the opportunity to enjoy a much needed family vacation. there was little ambient noise. the only issue for us was the lack of parking. the parking garage was a little small, but it was minimal compared to the enjoyment and rest we had. our daughter's birthday was that week, and we were allowed to have her friend spend the night which was great. one of the best vacations i have ever had. i am sure my kids will lodge it in their memory banks for life. |
