Come and relax in this spacious upper unit located just a couple houses from the beach! This 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom unit features a rooftop deck with ocean views, outdoor Jacuzzi and updated kitchen.
The living room is very spacious. It has 2 couches, coffee table, and mounted flat screen TV. The dining area has a table that seats 6 and additional 3 stools up at the kitchen breakfast bar. The kitchen has been recently updated with new countertops, cabinets, dishwasher and other appliances. It has plenty of food storage and counter space for preparing meals.
There are 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed and one has 2 single twins. The 2 couches in the living room convert to full size sofa beds. One bathroom has a walk-in shower and the second bathroom has a tub-shower.

GREAT LOCATION, VERY ROOMY, GREAT ROOFTOP PATIO, but.... John R. from La Quinta, CA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2009 Because of the cool conditions we had our windows open at night but EVERY NIGHT between 2 and 4 in the morning the people next door who are permanent renters were partying, talking and yelling. We were woke up every night in the middle of the night. Renter below lives like a slob and very unfriendly. Would be very hesistant to rent this again. Had a great time - loved being so close to the beach A guest from Grand Junction, Colorado recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2008 Had a great time - loved being so close to the beach - would do it again. Garbage in the compactor was not taken out before we came - no liner or we would have taken it out - very yucky so we didn't use it. Not enough large pans and serving bowls. Fans had not been dusted in a long time. Hot tub was often too cold, but when is was warm was very nice. Loved being on the roof. Kitchen sink was sluggish, tried to plunge it out and got a lot of sand - we used the hose outside to wash off so sand was not from us. Condo was very nice and roomy - TV worked well and we enjoyed watching the Olympics. Weather was great - beach a little rough for the little kids but the older ones liked it that way. Grandson from England was thrilled to meet Billy Joe - the highlight of his trip. The rental people were very, very nice and very accomodating. Thanks for everything |

Just a short walk to the beach and Balboa pier and two doors down from the local library, location was great for us. Upon arriving we looked around the house and at first was not happy with the cleanliness of the house. We found dirty laundry in the master bedroom and the spa was not in working condition, which took two days to get fixed. In the kitchen, the trash compact was non-working and the front glass of the oven was gone. My husband complained about our ?issues? and the rental company was very apologetic and handled everything. Overall we did enjoy our stay, although it started out on the wrong foot; the rental company response was quick and to our satisfaction |

The air conditioner is incredibly loud so we were unable to use it at nighttime. The place also needed maybe 1 big pot and 1 big frying pan for the kitchen. Other than that it was great. |
